I’m curious as to how Mable’s father was blackmailed? You see you’ve involved us in a world of people we care about the sure sign of a great writer. I think this was the most lovely story of all of this series (though I've now only "read" the first two). I hated the misunderstandings but understood why they were necessary, a perfect example of expert usage of the trope. Bravo, Kasey, bravo!

I really enjoyed this regency. So many characters and moving parts and I loved the interactions between all of them. Some sweet, some feisty, some slimy... I can’t wait for more.

It was great listening to this. Read the book a while ago and it was just as good listening. Great characters with depth and interesting stories that run alongside the main characters own, leaving you wanting to know whose story will be next and what will happen to each of them. Again another great narration, the narator keeps good pace and takes you along with the story. Excellent.
I ❤ Pippa. I soooo wanna see how she grows up. Please keep the lisp. It cab be something she probably dislikes in herself and causes her conflict. Later on she fully embraces herself etc. And how the Jacob Tucker falls hard for her. Since they are from different social classes the tensions arise. And her poor gal pals are lost to show her the truth in Jacob's true feelings. Maybe Jacob works in her father's farm or he develops a business so he can one day afford to "marry up" . Hopefully with Pippa 😊.
This was so beautiful I hope the next installments of the series will be released.. What will Charles do? And what about the mysterious man who lives in Devon who is highly titled? What about the other ladies from the literary society? The story is so rich and detailed. I really enjoyed every word. I look forward to the next.
I may not be the target audience for these books, but... Why, oh, why, does the "other man/woman" always have to be some kind of "villain"? Can't the hero/heroine just have to choose between two "good" people, without any fault of character to justify the choice? In my opinion, that would make things more romantic
There are plenty of stories describing what you want. My most recent book release has that exact scenario. Every story needs conflict, and in romance that is sometimes found in the form of opposition while dating. But not always, and in 35 books, I think I’ve done a fair amount of every different type of conflict. So I can certainly say that they are not all the same.
