Rest in peace. There will be more. Waiting on Randy Jones to complete his promises that he sold people on. He just doesn't have the money to develop the land in a legitimately timely manner. If only he would raise the equity outside of his senior citizen donors. What a real shame.

@@KatieAllison77 I hope children are looking out for their parents. Ms. Scotty paid for two lots one of which is on the mountain that is delayed by 1 to 2 years depending on who is counting. People claim rain and covid but other builders nationwide have resume busineas without such long delays per internet searches.

It will look completely different when the vines grow up on it, but until then, the jagged top is just spectacular! I've never had a problem seeing your vision when you talk about it. It's pure happiness to see it coming to life.

I visited in Sept. 19-23..met Randy and Amanda, got a picture while on the golf cart with Twillia. I’m on utube and Amanda said she can’t believe I was 76! Made my day! Right before they were on their way, to go in to see Al and ? to see the inside decorating they did in their Birmingham. I’m getting a Birmingham and I’m in the utube and was so fun to send to my friends! Saw Coach Will for purchase. I’m home clearing out my condo, getting it ready to sell and move to Newport! ❤😂🏡🏠

The garbage truck and compactor are great ideas. I'd love to see a small firetruck or water truck on site to be first on scene until the city/county brigade arrives. Also any retired Paramedic/RN be on call until county support can arrive. Just me thinking out loud....🙂
Yes, they've already spoken about plans for a vehicle for the fire service to use, and from what I've seen in the comments, there will be a number of current or former medical pros in the community who could arrange for a notification system in case of emergency.

You won't even need wire on the cedar pole fence, Randy. Vines will climb the poles. I agree that the top should be ragged edged (not cut straight across). It looks great!

It's $30k key money. You will never see that again. Andbyou get nothing for it. 😢 Do your research, visit, talk to the people. Knowledge is power! Many paid the key money over a year ago and no hope of being in the mountain as they plan. Young people could wait but they will not pay $30k for a spot to park...a driveway. They could way. But most going there are seniors...not a lifetime to wait and wait!!

I agree with Amanda ,prairie fence the way you have it jagged looks very organic the way it is. The vines will look terrific growing up to the top. The unevenness will certainly look like a fortress ((not the military type)) but homesteading picturest caption. You can goggle 84 homesteading Quotes. INCREDIBLE TINY HOMES is bringing back a population to the simple things in life. The things that by the time you reach the 40's you are questioning, over 50 you know something has got to change, and over 60 if you haven't made those changes yet, you pray by the grace of GOD you still have the time to make them. We have been sold a dream all our lives, but the true dream is of happiness, contentment,family,
camaraderie and a sense of belonging.
I can imagine seeing him speeding down the highway towing a tiny home, trying to meet his quotas.

If you can get people to separate compost that would be great for your new plants. A volunteer basis, they have to deliver it to the heap. BUT put worms in it for free fish bait and rodent control will be needed. 🤷♀️
I’m wondering if a scrapbook of one photo at their home would be something an ITH Resident would put together as the Community Historian. I think there is a Librarian and a scrapbook lady there. 😊 Just a page per address with the photo and a caption with at least a name…

Good update! Things are looking better since i was there early summer. Really love the cottage but finding place is so difficult. But wont give upl. Hoping government will get with the program and Change zoning. Figure eventually has to happen. 🎉
Do you go to your city/county council's zoning/planning meetings to speak up? Bring articles, photos, videos, and your ideas to share. People who want change can't just hope for their gov't to come up with a plan, they have to make it happen.

I came there to buy a tiny home & be part of ur community Randy & Amanda.
I was told it would be a two yr wait for a place to put ur tiny home onto a lot. I was very disappointed. Plus I was told for the buy in on the lot, to skirt and set up onto ur lot it would be additional 30k. That seems high to me. I was most disappointed to hear all that. The whole experience was not as I had hoped. 😔
Randy why don’t you check with Morocco and see if you can see if their government would be interested in buying some of your incrediboxes? Those people need emergency housing because winter is coming and they lost their clothes, homes, everything due to a big earthquake. Maybe they could be shipped there.
