As someone who has traveled using Singapore Airlines almost my whole life and having tried all classes - the inflight crew treats everyone the same regardless of where you're sitting. They have bar-none the best service of any airline in my opinion. Always such a pleasure.

While that is a good thing, it amazes me that people will be concerned about something relatively harmless like being an anonymous person in the crowd in a youtube video while at the same time not objecting to the massive invasion of their privacy and storage/distribution of their images and data by corporations and governments.
my experience of first class in SQ.... really first class service and totally impressed by the knowledge and attentiveness of the crews in the first class cabin. The business class crews are also great except that they have a lot more passengers to care for but they are always helpful and friendly.

Back in the day....I lived in Singapore for one year, 1994. Wonderful place and Singapore Airlines was renowned to being the best airline - at least in Asia. I flew them a few times. Wonderful. You had an amazing experience though. Amazing. Really enjoyed watching. Thank you.
Singapore airlines has the best attention to detail across all levels of service. I have flown both Suites and Business and the standard of service is unmatched by any other airline in the world including Emirates who I also fly. A good review!
I flew Singapore Airlines first class suites from Frankfurt to New York. I was so excited to do the “Crazy Rich Asian” experience. I was so 😢 to find out that these newer suites are only on certain flights. I had the older private suites (I know I know 1st world problems). But it was the best 9 hr sleep I ever had on a plane. And the service: if you got up to go to the bathroom, someone would walk there first and open the door for you. Then someone would always go fold the toilet paper into a triangle after every use. And the food was amazing. ps the 1st class lounge at Changi airport is not as nice as the 1st class lounge at Heathrow. But the food court at Changi was AMAZEBALLS! Best in the world! And out of all the delicious food, the American fried chicken place was the most busy.

A few weeks ago I flew with Singapore Airlines for the first time, from London to Bangkok and thought they were excellent. The fact that I flew on my birthday was great in itself but it must have flagged up on their system somehow, and not long before the descent into Bangkok I was presented with a card, a free dessert and some champagne. I will definitely use SA again.
