As far as I know, Singapore Airlines is the only one that offers a separate chair and bed (in their First Class). Other airlines give you a reclinable chair that serves both as your seat (during the day) and bed (at night).
Singapore Airlines' First Class Suite is one of the few things I dream about trying in life. 😄 I have no complaint except one small detail: the comfortable seat has no foot rest! It would have been perfect if they put something like a ottoman there. 😃

Etihad 380 first class has a separate chair and bed as well
it's quite pointless and wasteful to fly first class or even business class over this mid range flight other than to make youtube video about it
The service in business class is better, but the food in the private room and onboard is excellent. The bed in the private lounge is the most comfortable I have ever slept on, but, the lights were a pain.

Was this before the Singapore Airlines turbulence incident? Wondering if seatbelt protocols have changed since then.
Every single airline always advises to fasten the seatbelt when seated even when the seatbelt sign turns off. However It's just recommendation not obligation.
They can't compel the passengers to fasten seatbelts when the sign turns off.
I don't think the turbulence changes anything.
