We're in Guilford. Went to Greenville, traffic still moving. Nothing til Jackman. So busy we turned around and headed back. Lucked out and found the dock in Rockwood. I have never experienced anything so amazingly beautiful in my life! It was so moving to me, i teared up big time. ty for sharing the video!
This was at Kingsbury Pond on rt16. We must have went at a bad time. Traffic into Monson was no joke so we turned around and found this beautiful spot that worked out great. Glad you enjoyed the video! It was an experience of a lifetime for sure! I’m sure Rockwood was a great spot as well.
@CentralMaineOutdoorsman we went through Greenville around 10 am, so it was still a little early. But was about a 3 hr ride to get back home. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. :)
Hey Andy. I have a question about your sawmill. I finally bit the bullet and ordered one. Should have it by Friday and can't wait. Just curious what degree blade you use and find that works best and where do you get them sharpened? These are the things that I didn't research before ordering. Lol
Nice! You will enjoy it! I bought a 10 pack of the Norwood Saber Tooth blades. They are 10deg. From what I can tell 10 deg is good for all around hard wood and soft wood. A guy on Corinna center road (same road as Dexter Lumber)does my sharping. Forgot his first name but Clark’s saw sharpening. It was 9$ per blade. He does a good job. Sorry haven’t posted any videos lately, bun busy trying to get stuff done.
@CentralMaineOutdoorsman no need to apologize. I've been trying to get dirt work done in between the rain so I get it. For all the projects I have planned, the price of lumber just is not justifiable compared to a mill and 120 acres of trees. Lol. I really appreciate the information. There will be a pretty good chance I'll be picking your brain again. 😆
Haha! I know crazy! I was going to stay at the cabin but I had a few friends come up that wanted to go to Greenville. We didn’t even make it to Monson and traffic was backed up for miles. 😂
Absolutely amazing great video Andy 🙂
Thanks 👍
Great video.
Glad you enjoyed it
Great footage bud!

Was so awesome
It was a great experience!

Nice to experience. I saw it in 1970 elementary school. 😊

You didn't want to pay $80 for a parking spot in Dover?
