Did you have the car in limp mode prior to replacing the filter. Was there an improvement? I cannot get over 3000 rpm and have changed the turbo actuator. Thermostat must also be replaced, do not think its regenerating the DPF due to low temperature in cooling liquid.

My dpf is reaching 600c and sit at it every day for around 10 minutes even in city driving, new sensor and i checked the cables they seem to be okay. The voltage is 5v at idel and stays 5 v at 2000rpm. Any idea what is going on? There is no fault codes and i replaced the sensor and it made no difference.
One wire voltage remains 5 V at all times, which is the sensor reference. The other or second wire voltage is 0 (zero) all the time. The third wire is the signal wire, the wire whose voltage changes in proportion to the exhaust differential pressure applied to the sensor. You need to check the service manual to find each wire segment.
