EVANESCENCE is such a underrated band nowadays. It's a shame one of the best voices of our generation does not get half the recognition she deserves. Amy is such a down to earth person. Their latest record, The Bitter Truth (2021) just rocks!
I was at their synthesis concert in the Netherlands. It was sold out, but i could buy a ticket for twice the price. It was worth it. Very special. Hope to see them next year in their collaboration tour with Within Temptation. Thank you for this reaction.

The entire Synthesis album is them rerecording older songs with a full symphony. Then they took it on the road with them. There's at least one song that features Lindsey Stirling as well( she opened for them)
Their "Anywhere But Home" concert in Paris, an early one, was Sierra Hotel! Amy bespelled everyone! Their "Thoughtless" cover was great! Such control in this song! Yes, magical!

This is my second favourite concert after Black Symphony by WT, that haunting voice combined with the strings gets me every time!
If you like this one. The End of The Dream will blow you away. It's the best piece on the DVD because it's so different from the studio version.
I saw this tour4 times, and I was at this show. It was the best of the 4 I saw. The sound in that venue was indescribable. Definitely check out End of the Dream from this show (Def should do the regular Studio Rock version, then the synthesis live version so you can see the transformation).

I was blessed to be at this particular show (it was recorded 11/3/17 at the Grand Theatre at Foxwoods).. and even though i've been an Ev fan since the Origin days (ah, gotta love the internet.. how someone from Greater Boston finds a band from Little Rock), this was the first Time I had gotten to see them live
