Just marvelous, Dan. That's as close to a screen used as you could possibly wish for! Well worth all of the effort you've put into it. I'm going to crack on with mine tomorrow, having cut and trimmed everything out, it's just a tidy up of the edges and then the gluing and screwing begins! All the very best to you!

I don’t have an official template, as such. I took some reference photos, mainly from Starwarshelmets.com, and cropped the image. Then used a background remover app to tidy it up. The CriCut machine then takes JPEG’s and did the rest. ☺️
Too many of these on RUclips already. Do the entire chest box and armor. I'm stuck on the studs area.
