what I really like is that these figures seem bigger than the majority of figures out there. believe it or not I prefer bigger figures. makes them pop out more and plus these he man figures are beefy and look sturdy. I have collectibles that feel fragile and yet cost so much. im definitely getting these when I have the chance
I noticed that your Faker cardback had some obvious bend marks on it. Some of my figs showed up like that too, along with some messed up/peeling corners. Pretty disappointed that after waiting 7+ months for these that they ditched the resealable bubble and then had some obvious blemishes in the packaging. Maybe it's just me, but I wanted them to look a tad more pristine since I want to display mine in the packaging. And speaking of, awesome packaging hack!

Thanks for sharing... How did you get your figures to hold their weapons? Somehow I can't get my He-man to hold any of his weapons because they either made the handles to thick or his gripping hands too tight. I've already given up trying for fear that I might break off his thumb. Still a really cool figure though!
You may need to heat up the hands with a blowdryer to soften the plastic, I haven't had any issues, the plastic feels hard but is actually a more gummy-type rubber!
Nice review dude, but I've taken Ram Man out the pack and it looks like a FLAT grey on the armor to me. No sheen at all on my figure. You have good lights.
Always ( even as a kid) thought Faker was a stupid character really. Orange hair, weapons and orange Skeletor -like armour, and blue skin- and this was meant to be an impostor of He Man!
There is one thing that really bothers me about that Skeletor figure. I already had that problem with the original release. It`s that terrible pink color of the gem on his chest. To me it feels so out of place and is a real downgrade of the overall appearance. That's why my favourite version in classics is the two-pack version where the gem has a light blue color. Looks so much better. Even the amber-like color of the 200X Version was much better. I wish Super7 had changed this on the ultimate version.
Aint no way I'm paying 65-80 bucks for these..lol.. gotsta be trippin I would've faker if he would have been a true ultimate and came with the battle armor, but these figures are not worth the doe if you already got the og's like me...
...These figures fall short when compared to the original MOTU 1980's figures. They look rather cartoony. He-man's neck is way too long...Skeletor's face is a green mess...Teela's legs aren't beefy enough...the figures are too shiny...the list goes on. I'd prefer investing in the original figures. Thanks for sharing.
First of all those he-man heads aren't the same, and the only difference in all the figures is the paint apps... nothing more. Nike review man, but those figures are an eassy pass to me
Actually, they have the newer ankle joints and Tella and Faker have pieces that only come with these Ultimate versions! Skeletor also has different boots and forearms, some differences, mostly repaints for completist and first time collectors!
Awesome review. Looking forward to getting mine. I'm definitely not bothered by the small nit picks some people have. Maybe I'm easily pleased!

I carefully pulled it till it came out, I did the cut on all of my packaging to get them out, worked okay, haven't heard anyone having problems...

You had the originals, these are "Adult Collectors" versions, highly articulated and larger, more detailed .
The classics swords and Teela's sword seem bigger.
I don't believe they are, I don't have the two to compare, only the weapons pack version shown in vid. They are the same size!

Skeeletors and ram mans arms are made in black plastic and then painted blue!?? Black plastic !!!??? AGAIN???
Both of them have painted hands yes! NOt sure why, they did, I guess more flexible plastic for weapons?
