A teacher once told me Annyeong is considered casual n if I say it to a random or a Korean acquaintance, it'd be inappropriate n rude. But I see this phrase being commonly used by Korean RUclipsrs, idols n Korean show hosts. That said, I think 안녕히가/계세요, 아녕히 주무세요 may sound overly formal n not suitable all the time? Also, does Annyeong hv a dual meaning of Hello/bye?
1. Yes, “안녕” means both "hello” & “bye”, and it sounds CASUAL. 2. You can say “안녕” to someone (1) younger than you or (2) of your age or (3) to your close friends. It is very rude to just say “안녕” (rather than “안녕하세요”or 안녕히 가/계세요) to someone older than you, unless they are close enough to let you say 반말 to them. And it is still not a good idea to say “안녕” to someone you meet for the first time, or to stranger on the street even if they look younger than you, not to mention someone look older than you. It is safe to say “안녕” is acceptable between close friends or someone clearly younger than you, like to “little kids". 3. I guess the reason why many RUclipsrs say “안녕” to their subscribers is that, they feel like they’ve been building some type of friendship with their subscribers over time, and want to talk to them in a friendly way, like between friends. In addition to that, personally, I speak English the whole time explaining and don’t say things in a too formal way, and I say “bye guys!!” at the end which sounds casual. So saying “안녕히 계세요” after saying “buy guys~!” didn’t sound right to me, and I decided to say “안녕~!” at the end. Maybe I could say “다음에 또 만나요~! See you next time” which sounds a little more formal, but I couldn’t really find anything else for “bye” in Korean.

Hello ! How do you say "with who" ? for example: with who did you go to the BTS concert ? Thank you very much for your concern and your help !!
There are several ways to say "with who"
1. 누구와 : 누구와 (함께 or 같이) 콘서트에 가요?
2. 누구랑 : 누구랑 (함께 or 같이) 콘서트에 가요?
3. 누구하고: 누구하고 (함께 or 같이) 콘서트에 가요?
