Well its technically more like a 10 minute core workout because it involves leg and arm exercises. However, 10 minute ab workout does better on the youtube algorithm so here we are ;)
The workout based on time:
10 Minutes Continuous:
1 minute Front Plank
1 minute Side Plank with Leg Lifts (switch sides halfway)
30 seconds Pushups
1 Minute Front Plank with Leg Lifts for last 0:30
1 Minute Side Plank with Leg Lifts (switch sides halfway)
30 seconds Pushups
1 Minute Single Leg Squat (switch sides halfway)
1 Minute Single Leg Glute Bridge (switch sides halfway)
1 Minute Slow Leg Raises/Lowers
1 Minute Split Squat with Single Leg Hop (switch sides halfway)
1 Minute Romanian Deadlift with Calf Raise (switch sides halfway) Спорт
