You don’t NEED them. However, they can help save some time and be an effective means of building muscle. I like to choose exercises that are complimentary to each other and not redundant ⬇️ That’s why both exercises in each superset have a different point throughout the range of motion at which they place more emphasis on (for ex. Exercise 1: hits the top half of the movement more - Exercise 2: bottom half) I like to keep the reps in the 6-8 rep range for both exercises in a superset (maybe 10-12 reps for certain exercises - if I feel that good form will be more easily executed with slightly lighter weight/higher reps) I ALWAYS make sure to fully recover between each round of a superset. At least 2 mins (usually 3-4 mins). I like to know that I can give my absolute 100% effort for them. That’s the best way to build muscle. Hope this helps ✊🏼

I know that for successful body transformation you must be hard motivated and train really hard, but many people forget that diet is the most important thing. Percentage wise, diet is 70% and training is 30%, that's the rule in my book. My friend made great transformation and lost 25 kg in six months, but he used diet meal plans from Next Level Diet.
@@andrewmiller8799 he's talking about losing fat. You don't lose fat exercising unless you're working out like an athlete. Weight loss is 90% diet because when you restrict your intake then your body starts burning the stored fat for energy.

You should probably show people how to get a mind muscle connection with all three delts first, that was my biggest struggle at first because I was right hand dominant so I had shit mind-muscle-connecting on my left delts
Here is why this man is different. Of all the fitness gurus and advice givers I have watched, he is the only one that gives you an image in your mind to help you create the mind muscle connection which is more important than the motion itself. If you don’t create the MM connection, much of your effort is wasted on just trying to mimic the motions instead of doing it correctly.
