This is a little bit of another kind of property as "usual" but I like it, especially I love the freedom for the eye..."la anchura" like I would say in spanish, the vastness of the horizon you only can enjoy when you're on a higher level. I hope the new owners will be happy to enjoy their holidays/ new life and thanks again for the way you've presented this "house on the hill". Nice property. I'm not sure what audience you are targeting, though. As most of the properties you show are half and million and upward. There are many beautiful properties in these areas that are well below 300€ . It would be great to see those.
We have lower budget properties however in these areas close to Ostuni, very rare to find finished properties with a pool for anything less than 400 000, which is one of the main type of properties our clients are looking for. As soon as you move forever away from Ostuni the prices go down
For that price the house could be little bigger, 2 rooms more at least I think. The views are nice yes, but it is not where I am going to live. I do think it's too rural, a long way to shops, pharmacy, etc
