This is our DVC home resort and we love it. While we originally bought a resale contract here because it was the best value, the walking path to Disney Springs and the recent renovations have really made it a great place to stay. We especially love it when our trip is well balanced with both resort/Disney Springs days and park stays.
Can you tell me how long the walk to DS is? I have and elderly mother who still prefers to walk and take short breaks (to maintain her mobility, and she refuses to be in a wheelchair or scooter). We’re going in July and I just worry about the heat and the length of the walk.
@@Pinkorchid72 it depends where your room is, the property is huge! If you are staying in the Congress Park section it is about 10 minutes but Disney Springs itself can be a big walk once you get there. That can be tough for anyone in July! It might still be doable in the evening though.
You are correct. Used to be smallest, not any more. Copper Creek has smaller studios, one & two bedroom villas. Riviera has the tiny Tower studio and Animal Kingdom has some smaller value units.

2nd Best resort due to location and the Treehouse villas. Strange room layouts but overall, I like it!

No. Anyone can stay here.
What if you pay to stay at that resort instead of using dvc points do you have to pay for parking?
Disney reversed course after we published this video, and now there is not a charge for guest parking at the resorts.

Bay lake has smaller studios and grand villas. Boardwalk has a smaller one bedroom
