No, not a terrible person - just someone like me, who was only thinking of the small picture - the crimes. (I was thinking "Murder", but considering "R*pe as well) We aren't terrible people for being willing to be the last r*pist or last murderer, he just has a better grasp of the problems of the Legal system, and what would be best to fix it all. It's good that his answer of perjury would improve conviction rates, but it wouldn't stop it happening in the first place, though it may deter people if they know they'll face justice and empower victims to pursue prosecution. That being said, there's a huge ethical dilemma in putting even one person through such an horrific experience, even if it prevents anyone else from going through it again.
