    I've been following Gabrielle on my intermittent fasting journey. From August this year until now my weight has changed from 82Kg down to my target of 74.5 today. Most of that weight was lost from around my stomach, it's a lot flatter now. My weight now fluctuates around 73.2 to 75kg. I feel so much better with less knee and back pain. It is so easy to get into a routine and i's not a task. Thank You Gabrielle.

    Great video! I regularly fast 16/8 hours, having two meals a day, and occasionally I fast 23/1 hours with one meal a day, but going beyond that I hit a psychological barrier. I already use MCT Oil and Pink Himalayan Salt, but so far I have no experience with "cell fuel", mineral supplements.💃

      Hi- Doing longer fasts takes time to build up to. Make sure you are drinking loads of water, black tea/black coffee and keep taking the MCT oil. May I also suggest that you add some Pink Himalayan salt to your water and get a good liquid mineral supplement like Cellyte or Cell Food and add this to your water throughout the day as this will help you sustain a fast and push out your fasting periods longer. Also have a reward waiting at the end like a nice dinner you are going to so you have an end goal to look forward to and concentrate on ! Thanks for commenting Gabrielle 😊

    Thanks for explaining the mechanism. I've lost eighty pounds low carb'ing and am a runner and have that loose skin, dropped at least four pant sizes. (I'm a septuagenarian). I see nutritionists talking about autophagy and the importance of intermittent fasting, but didn't explain what the process was. It sounded like it was just the body clearing cytoplasm debris leaving a build up of vacant fat (adipose) cells. Nothing about collagen and elastin production. Neat, thank you.

    Great clip, well researched, and yes, Gabrielle has done the 91 hours fast, and she looks great. If you want to look as great as her, watch the video and listen to her carefully, and follow every step. Lose weight without having loose skin and be the "VA VA Voom" wherever you go. She definitely looks "VA VA Voom " and so can you.

    Thank you for the insights on hormone release and the production of collagen, Gabrielle. Bit of background information. I started IF in November 2022 weighing 146Kgs. Proud to say that in April 2024, I’m down to 89Kgs. You are on point when it comes to gradually extending your fasting periods. I work with stretch targets through an app where OMAD became the go to for a period of time. I enjoyed moving to ADF which has enabled me to now do weekly 48 - 60 hour fasts. Now, the reason I watched this video was due to the skin tightening reference. What I have noticed this year in particular is the tightening of loose skin. Always wanted for this to naturally occur however lots of information appears to suggest it’s your cross to bear or that a medical solution is necessary. Your video provides a way forward. It’s refreshing to see that people like you are spreading awareness on the healthy benefits of fasting, autophagy and cell regeneration that can help others to achieve the goal of becoming the best version of themselves. More power to you ❤ 👍 🙂

I loved reading your comment and thank you so much!! ..well done for losing so much weight .. what a fantastic health improvement !! another thing i have started doing is Bionic Fitness (EMS fitness or training) .. I’m not sure where in the world you are but they have them in Brisbane, Australia where I currently am and in Dubai and apparently most countries and that also really helps with toning skin!
