I'm so sorry for your loss 💔. I'm a widow and I'm 39. I lost my husband after 12 years of marriage, 4 boys together under age of 15. He passed away only 9 months after being diagnosed with very aggressive type of cancer. I decided to take him home when we got news there's no treatment as it was important for him to be around family..me and boys. He was fighting till last breath.. he didn't want to die.. lot of pain, slow death of 5 days. He toke his last breath on my hands on 24th of July 2019 Time heals, but pain never goes away. You can't move on from loss, you can learn to live with that. I'm trying to focus on the positive..to our live together. Talking to boys about dad a lot, as youngest ones will barely remember him as they were too young. Focus on love we had and still had. Gone but never forgotten. His last words to me was how much he loves me even when he barely could talk. Courage ❤
I was widowed shortly after I turned 20 and after nine months of marriage. Thank you for sharing your story. Some times I feel like I need to talk about it but it’s not a topic that is easy to start a conversation about. I am now 70 years old and have been very happily married 47 years to my second husband. But I still miss my first love ❤️
I hear you loud & clear Sue. I lost my sons Dad when we were both 18yrs & I’d just gave birth to our son Liam 3mnths prior to his Fathers death. 20years on & just now starting to feel a tad comfortable to talk about it. ❤️❤️❤️
Sue your story is my story also, I was widowed at twenty after marrying my high school sweetheart, having our child 3 months before he died. We were only married nine months. I raised our son by myself for 4 yrs, I then met a wonderful guy who loved us both. We have been married 47yrs he has always been a real father to him. Life can really throw us curve balls. God has made my life complete. My healing came through talking about it. I am 69 and still can have some hard times when thinking about it. Good luck to you
I feel the same. We we weren’t married - making plans and sorting out being young and in college. Because we weren’t married yet - it was swept under the carpet, never to spoken of really. Still not to be spoken of. It’s been 42 years, married and raised 3 boys. I miss him every single day. Also, my father was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer 18 months later. So in a little over two years, lost both. Sometimes I wonder if I married my husband because he is so different . If I lost him, it would hurt, but a very different kind of hurt. I will always be grateful for my family. So much to unpack here.
I was widowed at 25 unexpectedly and the things people say to young widows is terrible. This girl is strong and has an excellent support group. I want her to know that despite what people say, she isn’t obligated to marry again but also to know that if she does, she is not betraying her first husband nor her love for him.

My darling only daughter lost her husband suddenly 5 years ago..her 1st and only love. She is miles away & all I could do was be at the end of the phone line..it was 💔..anguishing. My 3 grandchildren have been through a tragic time..their dad was killed on his m/bike by someone who turned in front of him & actually showed no remorse. My daughter chose forgiveness which was better for her..she was so brave yet so lonely for her love & said she felt she had such the best love she didn't have a desire for another love. She never turned to drink or drugs/smoking..she would run into Jesus & keep looking to Him..and boy did He show Himself clear & strong to her. I hope you find comfort it other widows. God bless.
My Husband Glen passed away in 2019 due to compromised lungs from cancer treatments. He was 29. I became a widow at 28 we were only married 9 months. He battled cancer for 18 months before he passed. He was my best friend. Miss him and think about him every day. Coming up to 2 years in a couple of weeks.
I married my husband at 19... he was 23. I just lost him after almost 46 years. I can’t imagine losing him when I was 19. I am so sorry for this young woman of God. Because of her faith, just like mine, she can see the light... it is Jesus! God bless you always!
Then you were a widow for 46 years don't you think about a new family.......... My mom widowed at 35 she is still a widow...... I am scared that she will became alone after I am capable to stay on my own legs.... She need to begin a new life don't she?........... 😞😞😞
@@afropurplemallu5618 She's saying her and her husband spent 46 yrs together.... She's recently became a widow ( to my understanding). However as far as your mom, she may be content with being alone. As long as she's happy that's all that matters.... If she doesn't want to move on then don't force it, I know you're concerned about her however just love and pray for her... What a beautiful love story! Every woman wishes to be loved as you were loved. Every man wishes to be loved as you loved Brady. You and he were grounded in Christ and so you knew true love.
True. My sister was widowed at 41 years old with 5 children, ranging from 1 to 16 years old. My brother in law was seemingly healthy and just died suddenly from a massive heart attack over night. He was only 48. He lived a healthy lifestyle. Never smoked, didn't take drugs or drink ever, but his job for the type of engineering he did required frequent traveling.
These two are so amazing!! I met my husband when I was 16, he was 19. We were engaged 3 months after we met. We got the typical “you’re too young” and “it won’t last”. This October we will be celebrating our 30 year anniversary and have been together for 32 years.
I lost the love of my life to testicular cancer when I was 20 and he was 26..losing someone that young changes ones perspective forever..never take loved ones for granted..we never know how much time we are given with them..
Your story is very similar too mine, except I was 21 when he passed and I had his 3yr old daughter who didn’t understand and she thought he was coming back for a few years. It was sooo hard to stay strong and explain to her that he was in heaven and he will live in our hearts. ❤️ She is now 23 (older than her dad was when he passed) and she is pregnant! So Even though Gary is gone, we are about to become grandparents!! I love that he is still alive through my daughter who looks very much like him!! The pain never goes away, and you will randomly break down in tears, even 20yrs from now. But you will always have the true love story to look back on. In the end, we were very lucky to have that one of a kind love once upon a time! 💞
I'm so sorry that you lost the love of your life so young. You were a true blessing to Brady. My son was diagnosed with leukemia just after he turned 19. He had a girlfriend who visited him several times a week as he spent 6 1/2 months in the hospital receiving intense chemotherapy. He is in remission now, and they're still together, 3 years later. She's been such a blessing to him.
You’re an old soul and a beautiful writer! I am almost 44 years old and have never had that kind of love! You are blessed, while also heartbroken. I dare to say that the only love I’ve even remotely experienced is the love I have for my daughter. This too can be bittersweet at times, as she is 7.5 years old with autism. She is nonverbal and still in diapers. And although I’ve never heard the words “I love you Mommy”, I have felt her love. Gratitude. Seeing what we have rather than what we don’t have or what we’ve lost, is the only way to keep smiling. You’re going to do great things! With Brady’s love and positivity right there with you through it all! ✌🏼❤️
Next Thursday will make it a year since i lost my husband and even though a lot of people dont get it, i thank the Lord daily for the opportunity to have been married to him for 10yrs. Its hard but to live is CHRIST.❤
Sorry for your loss, I understand, though I haven’t lost my husband, we have lost our 18 yrs young son. Until people experience a true loss of someone so close, they just don’t get it, and yes it’s so hard to live each day. You just learn to live each day without them in it. Some days I want to give up and it’s been 16 years now. It’s something that’s always there, it never goes away. I pray you find peace and happiness and remember the wonderful years and memories you had together, that’s what gets me through some days. 🙏🏻❤️
A true love story ❤. You found true love that most couples only dream about. I am sure Brady is smiling down on you and remember one day soon you will join him in heaven for all eternity. May God bless and keep you in His care always.
According to Scripture "the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not anything, neither have they any more a reward: for the memory of them is forgotten. Their love, hatred , envy is perished...Ecc. 9:5,6. The Lord shall descend from heaven with a shout...and the dead in Christ shall rise first.1Thess. 4:16 Brady will be resurrected to receive an immortal sinless body; this will be the fulfillment of his faith. He's still in the grave.
And she told this heart sore story with a beautiful smile on her face .... Ironically their smiles on every picture make this even more touching. Hats off for you my sweetheart, you are one wise, beautiful and strong woman.
Mollie you are absolutely right, people who have never lost someone have no idea what grief is. I lost my oldest son on January 2020 and it is a very hard journey to go through. The pain will never go away, but I’m told by someone who went through the same that it does slowly get easier. It’s going to be a long and rough journey.
No it never goes away, some says it gets easier but for me it is getting harder as I reflect upon her life and illness there is so much I began to realise I could have done differently. She was only 25, 16 years ago, yet she scarificed her life so her baby can have life, a baby who she hardly knew. The baby, now a teenager had a mom whom he too never knew. It breaks my heart everyday, she was my daughter and I loved her.
He's waiting for you in Heaven Mollie you'll see him again one day🥰 thank you so much for sharing Brady's story with us. Your love for each other will last for eternity and his legacy lives on through you❤️
I’m so sorry baby girl. I was widowed at 18, 6 months in. It’s so horrible. But now I’m 20 years in, I love you and you’ll love again too. I hope. We all need to be held. I’m so happy you had so many years together.
The Lord chose you to go on this journey together. The Lord trusted you to fulfill Brady's short life. I don't see cancer I see Brady's smile and it's because of you.
It makes me remember " A Walk to Remember " . It's magically beautiful that even pain doesn't feel that much if get to feel it with the love of our life. It's Inspiringly how one's determination to love and not to leave their side whatsoever happens. It is just a blessing to have someone no matter what their life span is.
Omg......my chest, head and throat are hurting from crying so much. Such a heartwrenching story. The world could learn some lessons in faith from these young people
I just found your story molly and it's very similair to my own. I met my husband when we were 12. He came to visit his uncle and left to go back to NC. He came back at 16 and we just connected from the moment he said "yeah you can" when I said very rudely can I help you 🤣. While he was in NC those 4 years they discovered his tumor. I knew how this could all end, but he had my heart from 12 years old. We were together 8 years and friends for 12 years. We went through so many surgeries, financial instability, but we had 2 beautiful children, married for 15 months and had amazing family support. It's been almost 9 years now and it took me a while to come to terms that maybe he saved me from my high school immaturity and I gave him a family before he passed. I miss him every day, but I wouldn't change it even if I knew the end result would be the same. I'm very sorry for your loss, but I didn't want you to think your alone ❤
I think this is so kind of you to message Molly. If it were me, I would love to talk to someone who went through the same kind of story. God bless both of you & your children. ❤
so. i found the love of my life at 64. He's now 60. I treasure every moment because at our respective ages, I don't know how much time we have left. thank you for your story.
I wept so much watching this. What an incredible couple. I married my husband when I was 19. Many thought we were mad. I am blessed to have had 18 years of marriage, hopefully many more ahead of us. My heart breaks for Mollie 😔❤️
My husband and I married right out of high school. (18yrs-19yrs). Many said we'd never make it. We will be celebrating our 45th anniversary this year. It depends on the individual person not the age. You will make it. Have a Happy long marriage dear. ❤
When you said others know nothing about grief...you are so right! I was 31 when my daughter died, and that’s how I learned. The people I appreciated the most in the aftermath were people who had also experienced grief, and understood. Grief is one of those things you can only truly understand through experience.
100% true, the club no one wants to be a member of, the parents who have lost their child .....a parents worst nightmare 💔💔💔 So sorry for the loss of your daughter, it’s a completely different kind of grief it’s like loosing part of your soul, I understand completely, we lost our son age 18 years young. You just learn to get through the days without them in it .... 💔💔💔🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I'm 59, my fiance' died suddenly. 4 months before our wedding. I knew him two and a half years.. We were cheated.. He died in 2007 at 51 years of age.. It sucks to lose your Soulmate.. God bless Molly. And hang in there, you will eventually meet "the one"..
I think through christ we can be with family forever .. I love christ and je is my saviour and big brother.. I am lds Mormon and I believe christ will bring us all back to our own family's
I’m so glad you got married! So glad that Brady got to experience that. So glad that you both were able to see the give and take of marriage. I’m so blessed by your story. I’m 65 married for 41 years living with a husband going through esophageal cancer. It’s hard, now he has an incurable blood disorder that causes cancer in the blood and the first hit is the kidneys. Last month we spent four days in the hospital and he lost 35 pounds all of it due to kidney function. We’re now in year four of cancer and he’s still here. Thank you for sharing your story. It has meant the world to me. An old lady afraid to lose her husband. If you have any words for me...I’m open to hear them. Oh yea...my mom was Mollie.
I am so sorry that you, your husband and family are going through such suffering. Dearest friend, when my 20-year-old son was battling cancer, fear had a tight grip on my heart. I said to God that if He was not going to give our boy, Stefan a miracle, as a mother I was willing to give him back, just not able. God did call our son home. I know what Molly means when she talks about experiencing contrasting emotions...I had never known such peace, I told God that I was wrong; I was willing and I was able. But my heart was soooo very broken. What carried me through? All I can say, it was Jesus. I have been involved in support groups too, and now I am a facilitator...it has been amazing, but the material has all been Bible-based. The Lord really is your Shepherd, dearest friend. Just reach out and take your Shepherd's hand. 💙💚💙💚
Praying for hope and healing your husband, and for strength and wisdom for you as his wife and support system. I can’t imagine what you’re going through ♥️
@@mirandamay301 My heart goes out to you with the loss of your son. There's nothing more difficult and painful for a mother than to lose her child. I've lost both of my sons and the pain is indescribable. The years pass by and you still feel the emptiness of your child being gone. Even though I know they live on in eternity, it doesn't stop me from missing them every day of my life. I know they're with God and that they'll always be in my heart, just as your son is in yours. In those short months and years they got to experience something that I never will. They lived more life than I ever will. God bless them for getting to experience life's truest joys, if even for a brief time.
Thank you Molly for telling your story no matter how many emotions you have had. This is a beautiful story of your love despite all the sadness you had in your journey together. The pictures and videos of time you spent with Brady are a joy to watch. You will always have those memories with you.
I lost my wife the same year. She had just turned 45. We had almost 22 years of marriage. I concur, many don't understand grief. I was one that didn't understand before I was personally introduced.
My first marriage ended in divorce but not because we did not love each other but because of alcoholism. He was the absolute love of my life and my soul mate. But sadly it was not meant to be. I began to date again and found a wonderful who I eventually married in 2007. In 2009 my first husband passed away from cirrhosis of the liver. It gutted me and I grieved for a long time. My current husband was so kind and understanding. He asked me questions about my first love and even now I find myself thinking about him and the life we planned together. Love does come again. It is different but just as beautiful. Brady will always be your first everything and you will remember and tell your story over and over. May God bless you and give you comfort and peace n
The most beautiful love story. I have been blessed by just viewing this video.Molly, I wish you the best in life as you move forward. Thank you so much for showing what a true love looks like. Rip Brady. Your time here was short, but not your legacy.

Our 35 year old son just passed from colon cancer with a side of leptomeningeal disease. Except for our son's death I wouldn't have missed a moment. You both are wonderful. I hate cancer.

This is the second time I’ve watched this, and it breaks my heart all over again. Tears and goose bumps like it did a few months ago. I’m eighty and still miss my husband of forty three years who passed nineteen years ago. May They Rest In Peace.
I have never seen such love like this before. They wanted it, their family and friends wanted it but mostly God wanted this to happen. Two beautiful people deeply in love, a love that will never die. I am so glad I found this video it gladdened my heart and soul. Thank you for sharing this beautiful story, personal yes but love is at every age. This was the truest love I have ever seen. God Bless you!
Mollie thank you for you testimony. I love your writing and am so proud of you for sharing your love story. I am proud of Brady for his testimony of love for you and the Lord. Such a beautiful story. I was widowed at 37. My husband died of a rare form of cancer. What would hurt me after Jim's passing was when I would meet patients through my job at the hospital who just got a new diagnosis of cancer. I did not want anyone else to have to go through the same heartbreak as Jim and I. People also thought they were helping by giving me a time limit for grieving. Like you, I was aware and confident in myself to know that grieving my husband was up to me and on my timeline. Continued blessings to you. You are in my prayers, truly.
What a Beautiful Love Story. I'm so sorry for your loss,Molly, but you had something so very special, that some couples never have. Thank you for sharing with us. Brady is so proud of you,I'm sure. God bless you,Molly.
This little blip of time we have in our earth-suits can be so incredibly painful but as Brady has experienced it will all be wiped away in an instant when we enter the presence of our Savior. We wouldn’t wish our loved ones back for their sake, but oh my goodness how our hearts ache from missing them! In the meantime Jesus wastes absolutely nothing when surrendered to him, as he’s demonstrating through you right now. You are teaching, encouraging and bringing hope to others, and some who’ve been touched by you will be moved to do the same, and on and on it will go. Thank you for sharing your beautiful, bittersweet journey sweetie. You are a gem.

God bless.
Glad to read that Molly has found love again and is married
That is so nice to hear.
Jesus is so sweet! He is so gentle for our soul and understands all our tears. More than anyone can. Bless you dear girl!
So sorry for your loss. You'll get through it in time. It will he a bit easier.
@@bobs1356 It's been over 3 years now I still miss him everyday but it's definitely a lot easier now. But thankyou

sorry for your lost 😞
@@afropurplemallu5618 She's saying her and her husband spent 46 yrs together.... She's recently became a widow ( to my understanding). However as far as your mom, she may be content with being alone. A love story for the ages. Yet i must exspress my sympathy for loosing Brady. KNOW HE LIVES ON.❤
What a beautiful love story! Every woman wishes to be loved as you were loved. Every man wishes to be loved as you loved Brady. You and he were grounded in Christ and so you knew true love.
No one knows what a widow goes through except other widows! From a widow, thank you for this! 🙏💚🌻
Yes only other widows understand and it doesn't matter what your age is when you go through it. Hasn't even been one year since I lost my husband.
Amen to that
Praying for the Lord Jesus Christ to comforts all widows and meet all their needs 🙏🙏.
Mollie goes to the same college that I do- it is truly incredible hearing her story and then watching her live her life to the fullest.
These two had more love in a short time than most have in a lifetime.
You made the rest of his life the BEST of his life!!!❤
These two are so amazing!!
I met my husband when I was 16, he was 19. We were engaged 3 months after we met. We got the typical “you’re too young” and “it won’t last”. This October we will be celebrating our 30 year anniversary and have been together for 32 years.
She is so articulate she should most definitely have a RUclips channel. I'd love to watch and support her even more.
Yes, she speaks very well!
Same
I agree!!!! I too think she speaks Beautifully!!!!! ♥️
me too! What a wonderful writer she is! She is gifted!
Thank you Father/Abba for your saints.

@@shaz8486 thank you so much!
Knowing he is in Heaven must bring great peace. He loved the Lord and was on that narrow path. So comforting.
I pray you are continuing to heal. Sending you love and hugs ❤🫶
Wasn’t his smile just comforting. Something about it seemed to say “it will be ok”...he’s definitely with her
That was beautiful

Congratulations on your marriage :) wish you more decades to come.
When you said others know nothing about grief...you are so right! I was 31 when my daughter died, and that’s how I learned. The people I appreciated the most in the aftermath were people who had also experienced grief, and understood. Grief is one of those things you can only truly understand through experience.

I'm so sorry that your husband has cancer .

My heart is hurting for Mollie, so very sorry. I am going to pray for you.
