  • After considering countless "phenomenal" proposals from various "tractor-mower groups", for the solution to the problem of rotten inner and outer tires, from filling with cement-binding concrete, sand, or straw through the valve..., all the way to the incredible idea of buying a new one " outer and inner" rubber🤔, I still decided on Polyurethane Foam! 😁
Since the inner tube valve fell in anyway, I poured some water to wet everything inside and improve the PU Foam's expansion. I also drilled a few more holes for the air to come out so that the foam could reach every part, although later I saw that the outer tire was rotten and bubbles were coming out everywhere 🤣...
I shook out a whole bottle (€4) of PU foam, and a good portion of it flew out through the valve hole until I blocked it with my finger. 🙂
After some time, the wheel got the desired firmness and elasticity, about the same as when it was inflated with air.
If I get time, I'll try it at work tomorrow...
Here is my short video of this DIY (destroy it yourself) "master adventure"! 😜
