Beautiful video. Loved watching it. Can you tell me more about the equipment you use and how you stabilise the footage? In the video one can see you using a monopod. Do you use a tripod/ bean bag or monopod all the way? The footage is rock solid stable.

Since last year we have upgraded pur cameras to the new OM-1 from Olympus/OM-Systems and we used GoProHero 7 (now 11) for the action shots. No we dont use a tripod nor a monopod. All is filmed handheld while sitting in the car or standing outside. We use Magix Vegas Pro 19 and Davinci Resolve for video editing and to add further stabilization. It is very difficult to compare two parks in two different countries. Both parks offer a lot of spectacular wildlife to discover and both have rivers flowing through them. So I would choose the one that is easier to reach from where you live and also what else you have in mind to do in that country (e.g. Zambia would allow you to visit victoria falls in the south where Tanzania would allow you to spend some time at the ocean). When we go on safari, we always do multiple parks (as in this example we did Serengeti, Ruaha and Katavi together). So if you can do either or just pick the one that is more conveniant for you to reach. Wishing you all the best and best regards, Markus

@@SandraMarkusTrachsel Mir kam vor, dass die Aufnahmen nicht so scharf und farbkräftig sind wie sonst. Aber das liegt wahrscheinlich am hellen dürren Gras und den schwierigen Lichtverhältnissen.
Genau, bei den staubigen Verhältnissen wirkt alles wie durch einen Filter, da hilft es auch nicht, bei der Nachbearbeitung die Farbsättigung hochzudrehen, das sieht dann nicht mehr natürlich aus. Während der Regenzeit haben die Tiere auch ein wunderbar sauberes und glänzendes Fell und sogar die Vögel haben in der Trockenzeit tatsächlich ein matteres Gefieder als im Winter.
