Don’t give them more info than they need. On top of all of that, you got pulled over for the LIGHTS. At no point in time were you racing so that should’ve never been apart of the conversation. That’s predictive policing/targeting. Yes a new GA Bill is in the talks about keeping cars under 95db BUT you aren’t a GA resident. Yes, he had a “technical” reason to pull you over but never give them more info than they need. You can do any other color than red or blue. (Idc I put whatever I want in my motorcycles and keep it moving…. Allegedly lol) Then the signing the ticket part. When you sign what your uncle told you and they ask what you wrote. Your response should be “my signature”. Any other questions asked doesn’t pertain to the stop. They already know if they’re going to write you a ticket or not. From now on, stay EXTREMELY conservative. If you drive the car out of state, you are required to abide by their laws.
