Ok now this is a legit review. I made this cake yesterday. I bake ALOT! I added an extra egg and used French vanilla pudding. I also made it a two layer rectangular cake. It is a sizable cake. Looks smaller in the video though. Now! This is by far the BEST and I do mean the ABSOLUTELY BEST coconut cake recipe there is. It's easy and fun to make and the flavors are OUTSTANDING. I toasted my coconut and doubled the frosting. It is moist, fluffy, the perfect sweetness. My Dad loves coconut cake. He said this is the best he has ever tasted. THANK YOU SANDRA!!! This is a game changer right here Boo❤☺❤
