It will also help to put the cucumbers in a cheese cloth after cutting them up and gently squeeze out some of the waters as the end product of my attempt was very watery. The mayo mixture turned into water after 2 hrs in the fridge. Also, it was missing salt. The mixture itself tasted great but the end product would have tasted a little better with a pinch of salt. I don’t eat too much salt but it clearly tasted like it needed salt.

There are so many different Swiss that you can add to this simple salad. If you can get it and you’re down in the Caribbean or order it online, Ahi tuna, Crab and add some seaweed to it to mix it up or, just sleep it simple like us. Thank you for sharing.

Funny, he doesn't have to transfer the Mayo from the same size of bowl as the mixing bowl. I always cook, the measurement of 1 tsp of sesame was off, from the look of it, it doesn't look like 1tsp at all.

Use fork to shred the crab sticks faster. Mandolin slice to rest. Then you can have it done in 5 minutes or less. Japanese mayonnaise is done with egg yolks instead of the entire egg and usually it has some rice wine vinegar in it. You can alter your own mayo. Several places online sell it. The corn, sesame seed oil, black pepper and lemon is optional. Painful to watch the slow cutting and manhandled crab risking the food to so many germs. Simply wash hands with antibacterial soap and use a dedicated brush with soap and scrub hands even around and under nail. Then dry hands and wear disposable cooking gloves use a mandolin slicer shred the crab with a fork and be done with it with as little manhandling as possible. People have to eat that. You don't want pieces of food that have been under your cuticle or your nail to go into somebody's mouth. Do it this way only if you're going to eat it yourself and if you love your own germs. Otherwise, prepare it more hygienic. Definitely a nice salad to eat and interesting to watch people create their own variations of it.
