When the Hymer Vision Venture concept car was unveiled at the Caravan Salon 2019, the traditional motorhome manufacturer from Bad Waldsee presented a bold response to current and future trends in the industry and revealed how motorhomes might look in 2025. That vision is now becoming reality as Hymer celebrates the market launch of the new Venture S. Packed with innovations such as the unique Instant Loft - a pneumatic pop-top roof including integrated stairway - as well as the striking tailgate with its real glass Infinity Screen that offers 180-degree panoramic views and an exclusive sun deck, the Venture S is quite simply a motorhome in a class of its own. I've been researching Van design for the past 3 years, lived in one around Australia for a year and have seen thousands of different concepts. However, THIS is by far the best van I have ever seen!

I saw a similar shower design when I traveled by overnight sleeping train years ago in Finnland. I always wondered why it’s not used in RVs and camping vans
@@4legs4paws55 It's a "new thing" for North American RV manufacturers here despite it being already almost old hat in European camper travel vans "across the pond". A few years ago; almost no North American camper van producers would think of incorporating a garage space to store bikes and other stuff until people who came from European vacations started suggesting them - now I see a few manufacturers here starting to embrace European ideas into their design. Better late than never, I suppose.

@@josephfreeman5289 Would work fine for me, I don't like the vans which try to cram too many beds in. Honestly, if I'm living in a van, I'm not having over-night guests [well, not one who isn't sharing my bed]. Much prefer to just have the space to live in comfort. And the top camperwall is a blow-up that can filled with warm air. Apparently the paint is insulating too. Anyway, I'd def be wintering down south.

I love this van especially the ingenious way they did the bathroom. I've never understood the whole "wet bath" nobody wants to go into the bathroom after someone has showered and now your feet is wet.. so I love that Ingenuity that they put into the bathroom it is absolutely awesome hopefully some of these van builders that are charging hundreds of thousand to do a van is watching and maybe they can do the same thing here in the US. I have been looking for months for a Van Builder, but I've not been impressed with a lot of builds that I've seen, this van blows my mind.

That is an amazing van design! The shower is a super smart design and looks very nice. This is also the only van I have seen with a staircase to a second story bedroom. The only change I'd make is probably is a *different sink with two sections, and a butcherblock or something that slides over,* so you can have extra counterspace while cooking, with a small sink still available for handwashing. Then, you could take the butcherblock out and have more room for washing dishes. Also, I would *love it if the couch became a bed,* either for guests, more people, or an easy set up. Overall, great design!

Putting in another bed is madness.... comfortable living in a small foot print van would be great for 2 people.....4 or even 3 people very tight buy a bigger van

The opening vid shows a beautifully designed and decorative RV, I really like the decals on this .
Stepping inside , the details of the leather pulls on the baskets are a great touch . the edges of the seats in a darker colour will help to hide blue denim staining .As you were showing the steps up to that bed area ( excellent ) i wondered if the steps hid a drawer, I was not expecting a fridge ! you took me by surprise on that ! Once again , the leather pull handle detail is a nice luxury touch .What a fantastic idea to have a cutting board with a knife already in place .the drawers sound heavy and solid .The hob is very different , and as flat as the worktop surface so no bothering with a glass top ( that could easily get smashed ) and the wall tap with hidden workings inside a mosaic tiled wall.
I love the storage shelving , so deep and lit , and the boxes made of foam (?) to prevent movement in the van as it moves.
I noticed that the wall tap does swivel backwards and forwards , does it have an gadget to lock it in place as the van moves, just in case it hits the window glass?
The 3D lamp with extra cabling ....excellent design , so you can mount it anywhere inside and out .never seen that in any other vans.some thought has gone into this . I like the fact that the sofa is only .....a sofa. The padded walls up in the bedroom area , are they for insulation too and storage for soft items ?

The bathroom turned into a shower , i have seen something similar before , but I was still open mouthed at the design.
Then finally an out door kitchen.

Wow, this design is really smart. Such a tiny vehicle with such great use of the space. I'm pretty sure all the foam cabinet inserts would be thrown out first, but the modularity of the bathroom, the sleeping area, the outdoor bbq... genius and extremely elegant!

omg why do you not produce this. we are a couple looking for THIS. one thing and only one thing i would change would be the hardware for the locking mechanism and handles for the cabinets and doors otherwise it seems perfect! stop teasing us and built this already🙂
I was about to end the video after the bathroom segment thinking no shower; waste of time. Then I saw him slide out the door compartment out and out of nowhere, the shower appears. This van is without a doubt the most well thought out design I’ve ever seen. Shower concept alone is brilliant. Amazing.

The air filled concept was something I thought about many years ago.. of course a thought isn't easy to turn into an actual working model or a working product.. Wow this is exactly what I had in mind.. This is really something we should see and incorporate into many types of mobile and stationary designs.. that require insulation that can also act as structural... This is awesome.

I've been watching so many sprinter van converted motorhome designs and they all have an inherent and critical flaw: they always have to put the bed in the same space as other amenities. you can correct that with a murphy bed but i personally feel that at the end of the day, having a pop top bed design just frees up so much space in the van. i really appreciate how the stair case to the pop top bed also serves as a great storage space.
the only thing i would change is the toilet. make it an incinerating toilet with a cartridge design to dispose the ash directly from outside and it would be the perfect motorhome for travelers and mobile workers.

I like everything about this Hymer Van motorhome. I especially like the bathroom with the expandable shower-space - unique and practical. Hopefully that's a real flushable toilet and a sink with real plumbing. The way the space and amenities are configured is really impressive and worth the required investment. 😀👍
