Kudos to the designers for the non-square shapes whenever possible. A bed with a round end, cabinet handles with angled cutouts, etc. The pale uniform colours mixed with the semi-dark wood finish is also a nice contrast. No over-used chrome finishes, unlike what I've seen too many times in way too many RVs that want to appear "luxurious".
Hi Nick,Wow this is the best in the line of Europe build motorhomes this Hymer Masterline BML I 890 and it looks great, travels 5 and sleeps also 5 with the big salon above the drivers cab the folding double bed in the middle a good size kitchen with a oven and separated grill for the VK in the rest of Europe we don;t have that the spacious bathroom and double bed in the back on a lift system need what a show Nick 👍👍👍👍👍
Very nice. I still don’t understand the placement of the tv in the front though. All the seats are facing forward except the driver and passenger seats when they are flipped around. So basically the tv is behind your heads which doesn’t make sense to me. But, a nice looking camper besides that!😊
I agree, I think they do it this way to give more room. I’m a very private person when it comes to using the restroom for any reason so I’m right there with ya.
A proper closed off bathroom means you're losing the whole passage worth of floor space of the bathroom when not in use. This is actually a very interesting space-saving idea and there's doors on both sides so it's actually closed off when you use it.
Normal high standard tour, nice finishes but the separation of the bathroom / toilet area and lowering bed (above the driving position) seem to just be a standard feature these days.... And can't help but agree with the comments about the price. You mentioned two floors and the garage, for this price I would want upstairs bedrooms and a mini cooper in the garage.... Still, there must be a market for them or they wouldn't be produced, just doesn't make sense to me personally.
@philipwalton4877 not at all, your point was to try and belittle somebody in a youtube comment by a sweeping judgement of their financial situation in an effort to make yourself seem important by telling them their opinion was therefore invalid and they should have no right to express themselves.... Was it not? My response was the politest way I know to let YOU know that to me, your opinion means nothing and your request for me to be silent means even less. If you don't like reading opinions, don't read comments on RUclips videos. Have a lovely weekend!
Yeah, especially considering that it's been in two-door cars with backseats since the 60s! I'm also confused as to why you wouldn't have the sink with the toilet, instead of a towel rack hanging around uselessly in there.
This is a fantastic vehicle if you have a few bob burning a hole in your pocket. But it's packed with features. The length is amazing. By standing between the driver and passenger seats, you could value-add new features - using the floor plan for crazy golf, or as a bowling alley. Also, outside you could invite your camper park neighbours over for a few beers and use the pass-through storage for limbo dancing 🤣
From 5107 miles away (google) it looked like there was a door under the switch that lowered the bed over the driver seat. That white panel under the bed controller that is above the front seats . Was it the ladder, used to get up and down or was it the distance that confused me?
This is really nice, but the seating never looks comfortable to watch tv at night, i prefer the comfort of caravan seating. I wonder if any company could improve on this without the big price hike?
To hopefully take a bit off the price, remove that raising/lowering ability from the rear bed. With that mid-ships pass-through storage, I'd never really need a ton of space in the garage.
Another great tour of a very interesting camper. Wonder why engines in these campers are not more powerful? 170hp seems quite ,,on the edge" for such a massive and heavy ,,bus". And,it seems I haven't payed enough attention, but the sink and 5th bed were missing?? Anyway, thanks for the tour!
So for almost quarter of a million pounds you get a dining table and four seats, where is the lounge with easy chairs, what a con. Every single motor home in the UK is the same, just a dining table. If you are travelling all day the last place I want to sit all night is around a dining table.
@@kevinenglish1976indeed, Cornwall would be out of the question in this motorhome, as would the NC500 and most highland roads you would want to travel on! But to be fair, anyone who purchased this motorhome would be travelling in Europe most of the time, it’s not designed for British roads, it would be great if campsites were off motorways or A roads, but, as you said, most campsites in the U.K. are off narrow or even single track roads, a friend of mine has an 8 metre motorhome and he’s always complaining.
Did that drop down "double bed" say 100Kg max on it!!! I couldn't even sleep on that on my own, let alone with someone else, who are they expecting to use that!
I will never understand Americans and Europeans obsession with storage space, lol. Why not use that space for bigger water tanks and a decent shower and toilet?
Beautiful, Sir Nick! Happy last Saturday of October, my friend! Cheers!

Very nice Nick! Thank you for the tour.
My pleasure!
Awesome motorhome, it has just about everything you need in style and comfort. Great tour thank you Nick.
You're very welcome! 🙂
Beautiful vehicle. Loved this one. Thank you.
Glad you liked it 🙂
Really like this home away from home Motorhome. Thank you for the wonderful tour. 🍷
You're very welcome! 🙂
Oh wow, it's lovely.
You got to love a Hymer so much space and very well put together cheers for that one nick on my lottery wining list lol

That enthusiastic toilet cassette door knowing that Nick was making a walkthrough video 😂😂
I serious bit of kit needing seriously deep pockets to purchase!! 😁

Many thanks!
Great video! I’m surprised your OCD didn’t kick in when you saw that the steering wheel wasn’t really level! 😅
This van is very very nice vehicle. Comfortable, nice decor. Good base for going away. Like her.
Really like that nick very comfortable motorhome
Quite spacious! very nice.
Am I the only one who'd prefer to have a proper closed off bathroom rather than these walk through bathrooms everybody seems to be making these days?
I agree, I think they do it this way to give more room. I’m a very private person when it comes to using the restroom for any reason so I’m right there with ya.
It beats the ships with glass doors and walls in the 'heads'. At least these can be private.

If you can prove you have the funds to buy this , I’ll listen to your criticism.. otherwise please be quiet.
@@philipwalton4877 nah, you're OK thanks, Nick asked for people to give him their opinion so I'll just carry on, kind of you to reply though.

Something different !! Missed out on the range, crew areas and hi-lo platform though.......
I couldn't help noticing that the drop down bed had a limit of 100kg...so lighter than 2 adults!
I'd like to see some of your RVs imported to the US. It would add a nice additional selection with a different approach to design...
I actually think that’s very good value for money. I’ve just watched a video where a firm wants £250,000 for a 4x4 camper van.
You'd think by now they'd have a button to drop both front seats.
Yeah, especially considering that it's been in two-door cars with backseats since the 60s! I'm also confused as to why you wouldn't have the sink with the toilet, instead of a towel rack hanging around uselessly in there.
why have slow button when you can have fast lever?
I could easily live in this I love it
Lovely ❤

You need torque to shift weight, not power. These are perfectly sufficient.
Cheers Nick - Great 'on point' tour and nice rig ! Would you buy me one ? Asking for a friend !
A beast of a van. But I will stick with a super yacht lol
No microwave ? On my bucket list!
Did the drop down bed say 100kg max? That's not 2 people. 2 kids maybe.
how are 5 people supposed to watch that tv? it's right behind them. any aircon when parked up?
Nice vehicle . . . Do the tag wheels steer ?? .
Take care 👍👋NZ🇳🇿🍻twa

How are you going to fit that lounge with easy chairs to under 9 meters with full bedroom, bathroom, kirchen and cocpit?
❤
Sadly that power down bed isn't for adults! Max weight is 100kg so one adult or 2 kids
Lovely motorhome but I feel it would be problematic on UK roads.
Not sure why, there are many hundreds of thousands of busses and trucks on UK roads every day that are bigger than this. 🙂
@@MOTAHOLIC living in Norfolk there are some lovely campsites that are off very narrow country roads.

100kg max weight for the drop down bed? 2 healthy adults couldnt get in there
I thought that initially too however I think its 100kg per side.
In the US this would be a small class A

I couldn't even sleep on that on my own, let alone with someone else, who are they expecting to use that!
I'm pretty sure that that refers to the pullout extension for you feet. There is one on each side of the bed i you look closer.
I saw that too, that can't be right!
@@Bluescanian 100 kg for your feet?! Nope, it means the bed can only take kids.
@@andymccurley1
I downloaded the manual, 200kg max on the bed.
So 100kg per side.
Disappointingly small feeling on the inside, considering it's the size of a small oil tanker outside
100kg bad? Rly?
No A/C??
Can you driver this with a car licence
Nope.
Over 200,000 pounds... I don't know if the roads around here could handle that.

100kg max for the double bed above the cab? that's poor
With all respect, but 214K Mercedes camper van with cheapest possible hinges for 1 pound! Carpentry accesories should be the very best available,
Nice motor home but no coffee machine?
Buy a caravan. Same space and spec but a sixth of the price, at most. Probably better fuel efficiency and easier to drive.
Well, yes, if you want a caravan you should buy a caravan instead, and if you want a hot air balloon, you should buy one of those. 🙂

dont forget the in comparison garbage winebego Sprinter van that looks like plumbers business vehile costs 250,000$
Nice vid as usual Nick, but 200k and no slides, no outdoor kitchen and no AC units - compared to US kit this is way substandard for the money...😢
