Just install a new Drum Unit, and if that doesn't help, you also need to replace the developing unit. Do you repair photocopiers? Do you know how to do it?

So start by replacing the OPC DRUM & CLEANING BLADE. Check it out with FUSER FIXING FILM, this can also be your problem.
