Picanha is one of my favorite cuts of beef. I wish more butchers and grocery stores would carry it. I generally do mine Brazilian style with kosher salt only. Yours looked tasty that’s for sure.

For sure. And with the fat that thick on this picanha, it's best to trim most of that off. Can use it elsewhere.
