I actually thought Double Impact was better (Corey Everson is so hot), but this was a phenomenal, yet underrated movie. Then again, alot of Van Damme movies are underrated.

I watched this movie several times and I never get tired of it and to this day I still keep the tape from that historic moment my character began to build with solid construction and meticulous depth. It was a great summer and eternal days never to be repeated One of the most beautiful music by -Paul Hertzog American film music composer (It really was a good point in this movie. This movie made 24 mio dollars against a budget of 6 mio. This is how you make a successful action flick. Straightforward script, no ugly special effects, just effective fighting choreography and a great martial arts protagonist/main actor to deliver the action. Modern-day Hollywood and Netflix should make some notes.
My favourite JCVD movie of all time! You can tell he really tried hard to actually "act" in this movie and show some genuine emotion and feelings, something he didnt do much in his earlier films. Kudos to him because i thought he did great in that respect, and showed he wasnt just some one dimensional action star.

I actually thought Double Impact was better (Corey Everson is so hot), but this was a phenomenal, yet underrated movie. Then again, alot of Van Damme movies are underrated.
