- Police are asking for help identifying a man seen walking with 27-year-old Kenia Guardado the day before she was found shot to death in her apartment.
This is like the 20th time Ive seen this same story this year alone and in Houston specifically, wtf is happening out here?
This is what happens when the police shelve over 250,000. This man could be the perpetrator of one of those crimes that the police never investigated. Policing is one of the few areas of government that get more money for doing a bad job. They focus on property crimes and asset forfeitures knowing they'll get more funding if the crime rates are high and seized cash is not counted as income for the department.
Went from a red county to a blue county. Soft on crime policies have lead to high rates of recidivism. Houston is a dangerous place.
