I'm so over all these people saying he has no emotions and just stands there. Seriously, look at all the legendary singers, IE - Whitney Houston - Barbra Streisand. If they can capture an audience by only standing there, then they've done their job.
This is insane! His vocals are insane. His vibrato is insane. I can't get over how simply phenomenal this vocal performance is. This is a hard sing and for him to pull out that ending is incredible. Guy deserves a stadium standing ovation.

If you say he has no emotions while singing you have to be blind. Look at his eyes, the smile. You don't have to jump around the stage or move a lot to show emotions. Sometimes the little things say much more than anything. Eric you are amazing and always have been!
The emotion also comes out in musicians and singers’ performance. If you’re truly channeling the energy it’s evident.
Exactly! The more power you have in your voice you put more emotion into it! No special jumping moves needed. Just pure soul in the voice should matter.
I had the privilege of knowing Eric in high school. His voice has always been amazing but what made him so special was he could be having the worst day but every time he would sing that smile would appear and he just lit up, like he almost glowed. Every time I would hear him sing I would stop whatever I was doing and just watched everything melt away. I have always felt privileged to know him

Of his high notes? A little. Of his low notes.... well, since there were none - NO! Not jealous in the slightest. Proud baritone here :)
He might be a tenor but he is obviously trained. His technique is solid and his tone is well controlled. Great dynamics and the resonance is definetely there. A tenor can sing high but you need a bit of training to sing like this.
