I use a bracket along with the two screws. The pedestal isn’t supporting much and can be removed to allow access.

Mr. Pirate, when you push the toggle through and tighten the screws to keep the sink to the wall...how did you prevent the clips from spinning as you are tightening? I got the toggles into the wall but they spin when I tighten so the sink is still an inch from the wall and won't adhere to it. Thank you.
Aye, that can be a problem. Grab the head of the bolt with your fingers and pull it tight while turning the bolt. If you can't get your fingers in there, twist a string around it and pull it tight. Let me know if this works, matey!
When / how are you going to hook the drain up?
The drain is hooked up last, as the final step, once the sink and pedestal are in place and tightened down.
I dont use sewer sink its digusting I use wash bowl barrel with tapk
