What size yarn and hook did you use here? I know I can use weight I choose and corresponding needles. I still would like to know what you are using. It looks so nice and delicate which would be ideal for a elegant scarf.
I really enjoyed this video tutorial. I would like to try a baby blanket using this pattern. Do you suggest adding a border when making a blanket? And can you explain the bind off if no border is used?

I have a question, how do you stop the scarf from increasing when doing a double on the knit stitches on the third row?

I have used 4 ply baby wool and knitting needle no. 10 ( 3.25 mm).
How do you do 3rd & 4th row?
If I was using fingering weight yarn what size needles would I need?
It mostly depends on your knitting tension. I would suggest to use try 3.25 mm ( 10 no.) or 3.75 mm ( 9 No.)
