Indoor Go Kart Crash (Broken Kart)

The guy in front of me was supposed to move over to let me pass because the guy was putting up the blue flag, (flag to let the person behind you pass) and he looked like he was moving over so i went inside but he tuned in and forsed me into the wall then the kart broke.
