Soldering wires and shrink tubing is the ultimate ! Two stroke engines vibrate quite a bit crimp connectors can loosen where as soldered joints are permanent. Shrink tubing works great with either method and should always be used
I just installed the stage 1 as instructed, a new magneto, magnet, and spark plug. I still am not getting any spark. Any ideas.what to try next. I'll try and flip the magneto see if that's wrong. Maybe I put the magnet on wrong? The keyway was in the 1 o'clock position and the magnet spaces were top and bottom with piston T.D.C.
How do you hook this up to a 12 V magneto, and what do you use for your accessory wire? Do you take the accessory wire from the magneto and hook it straight to the accessory?
Could you do "how to install piston head with piston rings into a cylinder block" please as I had nothing but problems doing this, it's something good to know. Cheers. 👍
The piston rings have openings make sure they line up with the little black knotch the squeeze the rings tell they close around it then push it into the cylinder use oil to lube it up if needed
I'm no expert but if red is positive shouldn't it be on the positive side of the coil? (The 2 bolt holes in the coil are always bolted to ground on any other application) am I wrong ?
If you watch the Dyno videos of all the different CDI out there these make no extra power at all. Dynos don't lie but someone saying they feel a difference can be a placebo effect
Can you do a video on the bord tracker frame that you sell with the cofinn shaped gas tank because I want to buy it but don't have that much info on the bike and would like to know more about it before I get it. Because I bought a cheap huffy and Its broke. I have bought your moter and your cdi and intake with a boost bottle and a sprocket adapter. Know I just need a dependable bike and all of your stuff I have bought is good so I want to look into that bike but I would appreciate a video or link to one talking about it and showing what it looks like done
Could always jerk the lock box out the wires and hook the cdi up normal and bypass that whole problem,seems like something that's kinda pointless if you know what your doing,ripping wires and re wiring correctly makes that box and key pointless
And head's up if your spark plug is not connecting correctly screw of the tip of the plug and then connect the cdi... it's not going to work if you have just the regular spark plug with the tip on it.... just grab some pliers and unscrew it... yeah they come off .. lol
I got a BBR stage 1 and is doing misfire at the start and cant get full speed with it, better performance, acceleration and top speed with the original one, disappointment this BBR stage 1 for the price!
Don't order the stage 2 they'll send the stage one and tell you it is what it is. So I now have 4 flying horse bikes and one bullet train tricycle for sell, on Facebook going to gas bike from now on.

Accessory wire drains powerband Do not use.

The motor is faster less torque
Go with the chain unless you want to constantly be checking your tread. The spindle eats the rubber away.

I have the BBR motor with an internal CDI. Can I eliminate that and put a stage2 CDI??
I would get their super magneto to replace the internal one, that pairs great with the stage 2

No it works with all engines with the cdi ignition system. If the connections are different you could solder them on.
you guys should show how to install the bbr tuning free wheel pull start heavy duty axle kit. that would be great
