great video, chris!
Thanks for the opportunity!
really good video quality for a dashcam!
Do you have to hardwire this dash cam for parking mode? Or does it just work off of the device battery whenever motion or vibration is detected?
It goes into parking mode when power is removed from the device. It will record events while being powered the internal battery. It will come out of parking mode once power is reapplied. You don't have to hardwire it per say.
How easy is it to see license plates even when moving from both front and back?
If anyone could give me some feedback. I just purchased this Z Edge Dual S3 dash cam and on video playback on my computer the video seems so grainy and not sharp, like a lack of detail. This is on the dual 1080p mode. Its this way with both front and back. And the video was taken on a bright overcast day. Sun was not shinning into lens but it was still bright out, plenty of light yet the video has this grainy look too it. It's worse when actually driving and moving. Anyone one else have this same issue with the cam?? I see all the video's posted on RUclips and they look crisp and sharp to me, but mine right off the file on computer playback does not. Any help appreciated.
If you haven't already, I'd try resetting it.
