But seriously, maybe we should have been able to buy the advanced gps, and the scatter cops option late in the game once we reach heat level 4 or 5 for the first time. But oh well. It's nice to see that Black Box had been considering advanced multiplayer lobbies.

I would love to get my hands on such games. I wonder why they aren't posted online tbh... They should be. People like me would have a ton of fun.
They are not posted online because the people currently in possession of them don't want the value of these prototypes dropping, and they don't want to have legal issues with EA.

I think the overclock option was for Devkits because devkits are much more powerful than ps2 and when they wanted to see how much fps do they get on normal ps2 they simply turn off the overclock and that makes devkits run like a normal ps2
But when they developing and just try to see game clearly they turn on the overclock to get better fps
In facts: Ps2 devkits runs 2 OS at the same time
I think its normal ps2 s OS and Linux(for programming etc) and it can run them at the same time
Thats the one of the reasons why Devkits are should be much more powerful than console
A good video detailed this earlier build of mw2005 & on the debug menu too. Have watched it some time ago & have again as it's a good video to watch, as are the videos on this channel. Would be interesting to try this build out too but would be pretty hard to find this build online, if that'd even be possible, but i have managed to find it & have downloaded it too, and from the second picture shown, the download i found has this exact picture too, so now i have had the chance to play with it a bit. Not tried to use the debug menu yet, but still nice to have this build downloaded & in my collection too.

Are these 4 songs that were found as deleted from the final game some time ago appear in this build's EA Trax or credits?
+Mateusz Walendziuk Nope. And yeah, i remember finding those. I might go and look at the demo again. I did look through this build a bit. Apperently, the 240sx, hummers, Cross Tracks, smokeshows and carshows were removed.

How through CH to find byte which will open debug car customize in the main menu? By type DeCaCu in NFS Carbon
Can it work with the regular or just beta? Since it's close to the release. The .ELF should be pretty similar to the final code, right?
+Jake Vesley No. The build isn't really that close to the final. The beta has a external .ELF which launches the debug menu. It's not in the final.
6:18 / 1-10 Police Heat Levels* - the last one is only a dummy level which means that the Police Cars doesnt give u bounty for destroying

You Can't.... Simple as that

how to trigger it? i have ps2 and pc version. and upload the iso, want to try, at real ps2. also ai control sounds nice, we can do afk. and scatter police, if we locked up we can use that.
Hoping for a release :D the debug in prostreet is similar to this one. getting the debug for prostreet is hard, with need the extra files and replacing the main elf with 04PROSTR.BIN and such

in career no
heats above 5 are all for challenges (either challenge series or final pursuit, which is considered internally as a challenge)

+ayy lmao Actually noticed that too. I'm working on a video on the changes of the build, but i want to complete the game first. Which is pretty hard, since it's a beta. And it shows, i encountered alot of crashes. The game is almost unbeatable without the debug menu.

Caspar EA sends those prototype discs to people who will review the game (mostly gaming magazines).

Was the M3 GTR in the game at the time? If so what was it like?
Possibly the same, but had options for customization that crashed the game.
Is it possible to obtain the customisation code and implement them into the final game or is it because the files are missing?
TempaH_StormZz The models for the parts are missing. I'm not sure if you were supposed to be able to customize the BMW. (Apart from being able to change the visuals like the vinyls and stuff.) Also it actually isn't the same. I watched part 2 of this and the BMW had worse acceleration, and because of that, it sounded similar to what it sounded like in NFS Carbon, minus the loud turbo.

NFS old games (even alphas) are laggy especially PCX2S emulator. the lag point is on the car itself not the map
actually it's mainly the map on hardware
PCSX2 just has a mental breakdown whenever a vehicle is onscreen
