[為食派] 焦糖布丁 Caramel Pudding

  • 布丁的軟滑再加上焦糖的甜就剛好就做成這深得大人小孩都歡心的焦糖布丁。沒有焗爐的朋友也可以用蒸的方法細火蒸大概10 至15 分鐘!

    焦糖布丁 Caramel Pudding

    4 Servings
    材料 Ingredients:
    布丁液 Custard :
    蛋黄 1 egg yolk
    蛋 2顆 2 eggs
    糖 45克 Sugar 45g
    牛奶 225 毫升 Milk 225ml
    雲里拿香油 1/2茶匙 Vanilla Extract ½ teaspoons
    焦糖液 Caramel:
    水 1湯匙 Water 1 tablespoon
    糖 50克 Sugar 50g
    熱水 15毫升 Hot Water 15ml

    那焦糖的部分就是要放進去烤箱的時候要烤多久?

      焦糖的部分是利用火爐去調製的喔
