Entrepreneurs NEED A JOB!! | Hot Seat w/ David Shands Ep.49

- Welcome to another episode of "Hot Seat," where we dive deep into the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship. In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Chef Chazzy, a passionate chef who is juggling multiple roles as a business owner, wife, and mother.
David suggests that getting a job and building slowly is a practical and effective approach to entrepreneurship. He emphasizes the importance of having a steady income to support one's household while also investing in the growth of a business. By working a nine to five job, individuals can secure a stable source of income to cover their bills and expenses, reducing the financial pressure on their families. This allows them to allocate a portion of their earnings towards building their business gradually over time.

David's interview skills are on point. He's Sharp
This was for me. I went back to work. I got two jobs, in fact. And like you stated in the video, my jobs are my sponsors.
I needed less hours and to work smarter with the time I gave. This was GOLD
Thank you for watching!
“Shut the cameras off 👀😁” *keeps them rolling*
@ShayLamere yea I didn't know but I'm always myself. I didn't change what I said.
Loving the new edits, feedback clips, and colors!!!!!!
I appreciate it! Thank you for tuning in!
When Chazzy was talking I felt her HUSTLESPIRIT DEEPLY I also felt everything she was saying and DAVE WAS CALLING HER OUT ON THINGS SHE ALREADY BEEN BEATING HERSELF UP ABOUT she knows she’s all over the place she wants an EXAMPLE she has support from her husband and she just doesn’t have the knowledge readily available and she’s seeking it, BUT SHE CANT BE WHAT SHE CANT SEE .. there’s a busy life (Alota energy moving) going on with Chazzy-but the only WAY IS TO FOCUS THAT ENERGY!!! All over the place says she has hella passion but no direction and that’s dragging her I pray she gains HER clarity and focus and mentorship AND ABUNDANCE I NEED THESE THINGS AS WELL. Asè
Whew! If I had someone be real like this with me. The episode was the truth.
I understand what she is going through. She honestly needs a career counselor who can help her overcome barriers to employment (i.e., rejection, interests, fulfillment, etc.). Then, she can regain her confidence and feeling safe in a work environment and fellow employees.
So glad I watched this episode. This advice was for me. Thank you 🙏🏽 Hope she listens to your advice as well!
I feel like me and David had the same exact thoughts throughout this interview. 🧐🧐
🙂
I needed this episode more then you know !
Great!
This was a great conversation to listen to. In my opinion, the advice you gave was phenomenal but it felt like it was followed up by excuses. Gotta be humble enough to grind while working for someone else. It’s not going to happen overnight. We still have responsibilities before anything else.
True
This episode just helped me so much!!! Seriously. Asking myself the questions you asked her, just gave me so much clarity on the goal of my business. Light bulb just went off. Keep doing these please!!! 🔥🔥
Subscribed bc I’m glad she sat there in the hot seat! I needed to hear this it’s cringe to watch bc she is me minus the kids and husband which makes my failure even less plausible 🤦🏾♀️
We all need a mirror. lol
Chazzy Your great, please rewatch and take notes about the exact business strategies shared here.
Please 🙏🏾 Your haven’t run out of time, but you can.. quite quickly without targeted strategy.
Channels are effective.🔥
This one spoke to me as well a lot 🙏🏾
Ok we creating new channels. 🔥🔥🔥🔥. David bullied me 😢😢😢 it's OK I'm learning and growing thank you for opportunity be new hot seat format

@@livelearnlexx I appreciate you. We out here making moves and taking names 💯💪🏾
She came on the show for direction. Did she hear anything?
I needed this for me as a baker!
Nice. I'm glad it was helpful.
Hey David - great episode! Sometimes the music is too loud
This is so good
Awesome!
This is good bro. Focus the first step to commercialize an idea I have. Thank you.
Awesome. Thanks for watching
I watch all podcasts at 2x speed. Music at 2x speed is headache inducing😅. However the concept is really good.
Thank You for the input.
David...you told her right. Frfr
Sometimes, I'm talking to me as well..
She should write a book for people that need an excuse
That Hot Seat sign puts me in the mind of a strip club, lol 😆
😂or Krispy Kreme.. lol
SUBBED!!!
thank you
I’m the 222nd subscriber. Historic💫
lol.. Thank you for subbing!
Please get a job and teach classes on youtube. The show should be on RUclips!
She talked too much and over explain everything. I wish her the best, and I hope she takes David's advice to get a job.
Subbed!
Thank you!
Wow yes she was all over the place. She needs to figure out what she really wants her business to be
She represents a lot of entrepreneurs
@@hotseatsp I was her at one point. I call "us" octopus' on skates. We just going every which way lol.
She be all over the place 😂😂
She needs to let her ego go.
I am leaving my current job because it's no longer paying the bills. Although I want to go full-time in entrepreneurship but I know I need a job in order to keep my business going.
lol.. Many of us need to let go of our egos. Thanks for watching
This is painful. 33:07
🫥
She has every excuse known to mankind 😂
😳
Your patience is impeccable!
But, but, but, but and but some mo
She talks so damn much. Omg. 54:44
This lady is delusional. I have my own insurance agency, but I also took a 9-5 after 4 years of being a solo-prenuer. She has millions of excuses and she is leaning on her husband as a crutch. She should have admitted that she just doesn’t want to get a job
You need a new thumbnail designer bro . This podcast too big for these lame Thumbnails
I actually LOVE the thumbnail!
Thanks for your feedback. and regardless of how big it is we can't neglect testing new things.
