Learned how to make it better watching danahers go further faster closed guard if you can believe it. His instructionals take a format similar to how kyle teaches where it’s constant repetition of concepts and why it works instead of just showing moves. Was able to implement it immediately after learning from kyle for 8 years.
Yeah they turned half the gym into mats and the other half was open for rec activities for the kids and everything lol with the space of the gym though they could’ve put down way more than only 6 mats

That sweep from guard to back take looked effortless. Dominant is easily the word i'd use, great job man!
