2 tbsp mirin/ chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp grated garlic
1 tsp gouchagong/ chili paste
1 egg
breading
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
