I like how Lefiya hasn’t even been a level 4 for a week in her main series and probably had all 0 stats but she’s definitely among the upper tier of 4 she’s completely busted when it comes to offense only thing she can’t do is protect herself well. I’m not sure if I would put lyu or alise higher. It really depends on if lyu had a status update before Astrea left the city but if she got one now I have no doubt it would all be 999 in every stat before going to level 5.
Lyu is the tuffest to rate because she hasn't level up it 7 years. I also like how Bell is the only one who can stronger by level up now. Everyone else has to learn new skills. Like Lefiya will learn how to master concerant chanting will make here a walking warhead.
When a character is introduced there level is usually stated or it's mentioned off had after they do something impressive. Example is Lullu she claimed to be level 2 but she mad it to Floor 18 of the dungeon all on her own. So she had to admit she was level 3.
