    Ingredients:
    2 Cups Rice
    1.5 Lb. (680g) Chicken Thigh
    2 Oranges
    0.7 oz (20g) Sliced Almonds
    2 Bay Leaves
    2 Tbsp Sugar
    2 Tbsp Salt
    1/4 Tsp Saffron
    1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    Turmeric, Paprika, Salt
    Preparations:
    1- Soak rice with water and 2 tbsp salt for at least 2 hours or overnight.
    2- Thin Peel the skin off of the oranges.
    3- Soak saffron in 1 tbsp boiling water for 20 minutes.

    At 4:22 at the end of the video the orange peel that you cut up and added to the rice do you eat that when the rice is done or do you throw it away

      Its a main ingredient of the dish and you eat it. that's why she boils them twice at the beginning (it gets the bitterness of orange peels) and then sweet them up in the sugered water.

    I was excited to make it, sadly it was so bland. There should have been more spices to give it flavor.
