Those 3 courses man. Oak Creek, Strawberry Farms, and Tustin Ranch. Used to play those a lot when I grew up there in the area. Now overpriced and not manicured good enough just makes me sad. Makes the Navy course a best value lol
I'd have to agree with you, the conditioning off all 3 courses doesn't live up to the current rates they are charging! And re: the Navy course...they've unfortunately lost their water well, and are in severe trouble with the conditioning of the course, especially the greens. Hand watering an entire course is going to lead to major problems!
I played Strawberry for the first time last year. Growing up it was THE course to play in Orange County but my parents just didn't have the money to pay for me to play it. After playing it 15 years later, I was very disappointed. Almost half of the grass was dead, and the greens had a lot of dead spots and were plagued with unfixed divots. I mean maybe I had my hopes up from finally being able to play after so long, but the price definitely isn't justified imo. I only play the early back 9 + breakfast deal. With my local discount it's only $50 ish which is a much better deal.
@@TerminatorGolf Yes! 😂 I also watched as you drove the green on the 18th that day as well!. Well technically you went long of the green 🤣 you're just too strong 💪
Never played here before. I always see this course popup in GolfNow but it was a bit pricy and i wasn't sure if it's worth it. Will see by your video :) Great video as usual
Thanks! And I’m rather used to having people in front of me, as I’m normally all by myself on the Black tee. In an effort to keep pace, I suggest my playing partners tee off first, as I’m usually waiting for a distant landing area to clear
Love your content! With your flyovers, do you navigate it thru the entire course or are you following it hole by hole? I just got one myself and trying to think how to fly it in the most uninterrupted/safest way as possible
Whenever I go golf, gotta make sure it’s got the Terminator stamp of approval
🙌🙌
I’m a simple guy…I see Terminator post…I click!
played here today during twilight hours for the first time, 3.30pm tee off, for $70 its worth it! Shot 80, 9 over... love this course!
Wow, that’s a great rate for this track! Nice round
My go to channel for socal golf reviews! Keep up the good work
Thanks! Will do!

@@TerminatorGolf That sucks to hear. I used to play the navy almost every other day. It used to be ok-ish but I trusted the greens rolled true.
@@mrtimjitsu local discount? I didn’t even know they offered that..,,do u mean players card?
@@ESW206 no, the players card is separate, they give a discount to Irvine residents, even if you're not a players card member
Just played and it was awesome! Thanks for the review
Nice to see what this course looks like, I’ve seen bits and pieces from Tanaka Farms
And this is just the Front 9! The Back is 😍
Strawberry farms forever. Yes, I said it.
Another great video.
Solid front nine! Driving a green on a Par 4 is always impressive.
Didn’t I nearly hit you while doing that in La Quinta? 😂 🤷🏻♂️

It's unfortunately the location that makes the green fees inflated...but if you haven't played it, this is worth the extra $$
I prefer Arroyo Trabuco and it's less to play there....Usually better pace of play too
Super cool and helpful! What are you using to capture your shots? The golf ball tracker technology looks cool!
Shot Tracer App
@@TerminatorGolf Awesome! Thanks!
The 8th hole was the first time the group you were playing with wasn’t standing in front of you ? Nice round 👍🏻
