I have been reading a lot of mindset books and the one I’m reading now, defines confidence as being able to do actions without thinking, and every pro baller I have seen interviews from says exactly that it’s not just instinct it’s muscle memory and doing what feels right with out thinking of the action that’s why muscle memory is one of the most important things in all sports

Getting those machines that shoot the ball at you but they are expensive and you need around 10+ balls The other option you have is just start playing pick up games with other real people who can pass the ball to you and you will have more game experience. And try to watch analysis videos there’s this channel called piotrfoot that’s really helpful how when and why to pass the ball is as important as doing drills and in game they are all important he uses actuall world class players zidane Kroos etc. And keep doing what your doing right now just up the intensity and speed of play make it more difficult so you can improve the higher levels the difference is speed of play.

u gotta find a team (if you don't have it), and start to play with one of your teammate, and at solo training u can focus on passing, physique, speed, also tactical and mental lessons also shooting and dribbling are great to have as a cb
