Thank you for watching! There are a lot of models but that's what we specialize in helping with :) - The main difference between the 725 and the 165 will be speaker quality and the cabinet difference. If you look at the cabinet closely you'll notice a difference. Regarding the speakers, take a look at the specs as they are different. The sample is the same so having the Clavinova series speakers will allow the sample to produce a higher quality sound. - The 225 is fairly new and I have not spent as much time on that keyboard yet. However, the 165 will have a higher quality speaker as well which will allow the sample to come across with higher quality. Another aspect of the 165 vs. the 225 is the cabinet/furniture aspect. The Arius series has more furniture-looking decor compared to the 225. What are your goals with this piano purchase? - Josh
Indeed ! I don’t know if you’ve already made your choice. But I went to the music store yesterday to get the ydp 165 and ended up with the clp 725. I would have made a mistake going for the 165 since the price difference is not that big where I live. In the end it’s a personal choice, if you have the opportunity to try them out do it

Hello!! you play very nice! congratulations! A couple of questions 1. Are they the sounds of the 725 or samples? 2. How did you record the audio because it does not have L / R outputs or USB recorder, only Headphone Outputs, did you take the Headphone outputs to any interface and DAW? Thank you 🙂
Thank you for watching! We recorded this demo by using the line-out samples using the L/R outputs. We have CLP Clavinova models in-stock if you are considering a purchase. We would be honored to work with you! If you have any questions, please feel welcome to reach out to me at josh@popplersmusic.com. Jenna says thank you for the nice comment! - Josh
Nooit meer nacht, dat is waar we naar uitkijken. Dichtbij de Vader. Prachtig nummer.
Is the touch response different than ydp 165.
yes it is...ydp is really heavy
The Yamaha range is a bit crazy. I do not know which one to buy. The CLP-725, YDP 165 or the P225. please help.

You play beautifully Jenna. Just need to know the color of the piano you are playing. Is it Polished Ebony?
