Havikoro didn't lose because they didn't do routines. If that was the case they would not have made it to the finals. They lost because the judges thought Fusion MC did better.
@ctubeguy I completely agree with you. If you're going to complain about the number of routines a crew throws, don't enter a CREW battle. I do prefer solo's over routines, because it shows the individual skills that one has, but Havikoro didn't do any routines to answer Fusion MC. Seemed like they came unprepared. Fusion MC is coming this year and it's about time.
i'm sorry but routines are a part of crew battles what's the point of having an 8 v 8 if they only did solo sets? Havikoro are extremely dope but Fusion Mc killed it with the routines AND solo sets, that's why in my opinion they took this. Congrats to both teams for a great final. Peace
Dope battle, but from what ive seen from the comments, i really agree with judges on this one. No disrespect, but havikoro had no teamwork. This is a team battle, not a one-on-one battle. When you battle, you battle to apply to your crew's ability, not just to show your individuality from the crew. From what I observed, it seemed each of the guys from havikoro were battling on their own. As for Fusion, they were on a different level with tech. and skill + teamwork. Foundation will win the judges
Havikoro's round stealing showed just how desperate they were against Fusion. Just a matter of time now before the eboy dickriders come around and start posting paragraphs of reasons why their loss wasn't justified :)
No one must realize what true bboying is anymore... Bboying is a spiritual release of your soul's expression rhythmically hitting beats and just enjoying the music. Yeah you compete to see who can withstand the heat and who is the dopest, but if you get your round stolen that's your fault for not standing your ground.
This was a good battle; both sides respected each other but also not losing the concept that it is a battle, nothing personal. This way the Bboys can focus on staying on beat and execute their moves without getting emotional. I have to give it to the FusionMC~
if my heart's at bboying, so i have to always steal the round too? in my perspective, i think if they think that they are really good why they have to interrupt routine of Fusion MC, why don't just let they do their thing then let the judge answer who win i think they just afraid of being loser
@BBOYMAX03 Um, seeing how that is the foundation of the dance, it is essential. Yes there are other factors, but if you are going to judge as a B-boy battle then yes it is. Know your history.
id have to say stealing rounds is something that has been lost over the years against crew on crew battles cause its seen as "disrespect" now a days.. good to see that tactic utilized by havikoro...never leave a gap in between sets cause one side will grab that opportunity to get you off balance and mess up your flow...bad ass battle by both crews by the way, big ups to both :-D bboy queso (the power of cheese)
That was a nice battle. Looks like Fusion MC already has things mapped out for this year. Can't wait to see how much they tweak there shit come UK and BOTY. Anyway, throwing signs, stealing rounds, its all part of bboying. As long as punches don't get get thrown or violence doesn't break out, its the battling culture. I do feel Havikoro did well, but I do not think they answered anyone of FMC's routines. Anyway big ups to both crews, great showing.
now that i watch this again....i realize that both round steals were legit. fusion mc didn't do anything about both round steals. nothing that mattered anyway. they just stopped and tried simply telling the person from havikoro to stop. that's not enough. if they want to keep the floor, they have to fight to keep it. that's something to get aggressive and angry over, and thus makes a for a good battle.
when you take a crew round the world to battle if you cant cover all the power moves or do routines be prepared to lose i prefer it when havikoro are joined by vicious germs like at bboy city
Havikoro is a good crew, but in this battle they have not convinced anyone that they r match 4 FMC, doesn't matter was FMC better cause routines or solo moves, they simpley expressed themselves much more and 4 me it seems like they have dominated while all battle!
to me it seems more like those repeatingly neverending routines leading into solos and after that the whole crew running over the stage is an attempt of stealing time from the other crew...so HK just took back what was theirs by just going in...wouldnt even call that "stealing a round" 'cause they didnt go in two times in a row...
@Bboyslinky Yeah right fool! You see, I live 2 1/2 hours away from you and do full time school and work part time. I will not see you at the next fed, unless I get really lucky.
Before this video played I had to watch a 1:51 long video about writing screenplays and it was a minute of 2 guys screaming FUCK YOU at each other what the hell
Is it only me or I'm I the only one whos tired of set bboys? The type of bboys that are offbeat with their toprocks, footwork and power but hit the beat only on the signature sounds in the music?
Professional bboy is an oxymoron. A bboy is a bboy because of where his heart's at, not where he keeps his wallet or how he fills it. Round stealing is as old as bboying. You hesitate and the hungrier dancer makes you look slow. Tons of respect for Fusion, but they know about 'Koro and how 'Koro battles. No excuses for awkward gaps in a set, routine or otherwise.
and please stop crying, bitting sign and stealing round is not a disrecpect ... and a bboy can talkshit if he wants, this is not a disrecpect too, it is time to stop to comment stuff like: this bboy is too cocky, that bboy is too agressive ... all real battles are raw and this is part of bboying ... and bboy can use this strategy if he wants, a disrespect is more like touching or pushing, not talkshit or make a bite sign with your arms, if a bboy bite a move, your right to call it, understand ??
*Sigh too many idiots on RUclips. I'm an advocate for not round stealing but I wouldn't even consider this round stealing. They just cut short a round that was already too long. Although, I think Havikoro should have thrown at least a few routines in there.
if you look at it, they were stalling pretty much and not continuing their routine. if youre gonna stand around all day and not do anything, then the other persons gonna come in and do his round. its like a cypher: go in, do what youre gonna do and get out.
stealing rounds is not a disrespect, it is part of the battle, fusion was chilling too much after their routines instead of get down, these guys take too much time and their routines are too long, the battle was boring because of these routines, they steal the time because they always do routines and they are not able to reply in a solo mode, what the fuck, this is not bboying anymore, some of the routines of fusion were impressive, but at the end, looks like the same, havikoro got robbed, peace
Go back and watch your ABDC and SYTYCD and all that other bullshit. Don't come into a crew battle and expect no routines. Its a crew battle for a reason, get over it or don't watch it. And according to your logic, you might as well get mad that there aren't any commandos in 1v1s. -_-
Dam! Havikoro got robbed. They were so much better with their style and footwork. And, isn't battle all about replies and expressing yourself to the music? All i saw was Havikoro was replying to Fusion mc. I wondered who were the judges?
havikoro all day. fusion mc spent more time on tricks and routines than showing that their crew can dance...at least in this battle. and youval is the worst emcee ever...whoever started putting his loud ass on is wack.
Havikoro didn't lose because they didn't do routines. If that was the case they would not have made it to the finals. They lost because the judges thought Fusion MC did better.

who is the bboy no fusion mc with the white jersey and red number letters?

what the hell
Is it only me or I'm I the only one whos tired of set bboys? The type of bboys that are offbeat with their toprocks, footwork and power but hit the beat only on the signature sounds in the music?
Youval really needs to learn his place. He shouldn't be walking around or through the damn battle when it's fucking unnecessary
FUSION MC !
@kingspoof wouldn't eboys say the opposite? that fusion mc deserved to win?
dude w the windbreaker on fusion mc is dope the rest was kinda ight nothing spectacular
@JustinMCase Its called stealing rounds. It is part of the game, and fusion MC let them have them. Havikoro deserved the rounds they stole.
Havikoro stole the round at 4:54 and 10:06?
that's not the way of professional bboy to win
Stealing rounds is LEGAL in a battle!!
STYLE>POWER
i prefer havikoro
havikoror needs to learn some respect..
@bboybrandz but can sweaty betty throw down dope set........ :/
