Back out camping with my friends in the woods this week I'm joined by Roney, mountain hopper57 and The fell wanderer.
Roney cooks up a nice Chicken tikka masala from scratch on a open fire it was amazing and we all chill out around the fire telling stories and jokes what a cracking night out with some good friends

Hi lundy... I don't no if you remember me but going back like 4 months ago I was avid follower on your channel absolutely love what you do... but if you also remember my father was very sick from cancer and at the time I was taking care of him. Unfortunately he passed away the end of July 😢 was the hardest thing I've ever had to experience in my life. But I would like you to no even tho iv not been active on the comments for your videos... they have still helped me so much in thus time... so I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your content 💓
I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad passing away Luke I definitely do remember you mate you have commented over 60 times it's definitely a hard thing to go through I had the same experience with my dad I was the only person there for him it's been nearly 5 year's since he pasted away with cancer it dose get easier mate I promise you.
I hope you have support from family and friends to get you through this tuff time I'm glad my video's are helping you there is a support team at macmillan's if you need to speak to anyone I'm currently going through it all again with my mam she has around 6 to 12 months to live with lung cancer but we have a great support team at a Hospice in Newcastle you take care Luke and stay strong mate atvb Jimmy 😎😎👍👍

Nice one lads - great to have some woods to play in and chill out in, meet up with pals, have a fire, eat some Roney food and camp overnight. It's definitely what it's all about. That flint with the attached string fibres looked really good Jimmy, I might invest in one of those for the winter months. The food looked good - even from a vegetarians point of view. And the sound of rain lashing down in the woods at the end was magical.

Jimmy have you ever thought of doing all your cooking at home at your leisure and drying it in a cheap chinese dryer and vacuum sealing it so all you need to do is boil water. No camp cooking.
Just add hot water and enjoy.
A few weeks ago i travelled 200 miles backpacking. No hostels , no camp sites, just pure stealth. All my food was precooked dried weighing nothing. I eat better on the road then i do at home.
You guys seem to spoil yourselves as well. 🤪
