I think u might even have convinced Finnegans farm to buy a Massey . 👍👍😜 . Lovely see nacole and ur girls have a passion for farming . The will be driving the masseys before u know it
Brilliant video Adrian I agree about the water it's handy to put into the thick tanks also not really aloud or wouldn't like to been suck out of rivers years ago was the norm but them days are gone now and rightly so too we get 5 sets of twins every year don't think ever got it in a heifer though great channel as always well done 👌👍👍👍have a good sunday
Adrian, we breed ponies in west Wales and this afternoon a foal was born. It was a difficult birth and after about 10 mins, the foal rolled her eyes and went limp. I remember watching one of your videos when you resuscitated a calf by moving the front leg in circles. Guess what, that also works on foals! After doing that, vigorous rubbing and a bit of straw up the nose (your tip as well), she now looks ready for the Grand National! So I just wanted to say a big thank you to you. Without doubt, your video saved a little life.
U didn’t probably realize when u started u tube the joy u have brought to thousands off people . 😜👍👍 . When I was young A .team and night rider . . . Now I can’t wait for I farm we farm thanks Adrain
Hi Adrian
Just wanted to say well done and thank you for the fundraiser you did for Pieta house, near 45k!! I remember when you talked about bullying in another video as well which I never forgot. Hope you realise how much it means to people.
Just a down to earth fella. PS that’s some calf 😮
Good morning from America
Salute for the amazing effort and hard work you do on the farm mohamed from Egypt
Great news with the calves Adrian. Good that the bubbles arrived intact, nothing worse than having Your bubble burst...... 😏😏😏😏
Fantastic video! Great way to start my day. 👍👍😁❤️
great seeing twins
Comments for the algorithm to help your channel 👍.
Good news all around Adrian. A giant calf and twins. Your love for the animals comes across. I like the tool rack too. You get so much work into a single day.
They are the cutest!
Hi there Adrian, it's the old lady here from Omagh. I'm really enjoying all ur videos.. I'm so looking forward to the finished work shop.... you work so darn hard alright, hopefully u'll get to spend more time with the Mrs and children in the longer days now. He is a beautiful fella We had a Holstein calf 55kg that didn’t survive the birth vet figured he had a heart attack
His 6 yr old mom needed a bit of help with a pull but she did fine Will never forget the size of him 😢 even though that strain had big calves 48-52 kg
Bittersweet memories

Cracking video as always. That’s some blue calf. Lovely end to the video with the twins. Keep doing what you are doing. Fab channel
Have you considered moving the dirty water with a single phase submersible pump Adrian? I work for Mastek, Paul would be able to sort you out with one.
Adrian, animal husbandry has paid off for you. One huge calf and twins. Great work.🐄

Woah that calf is big! Congrats on your twin calves too! Very lovely!!!🥰🥰🥰
That BB calf is indeed huge! Wonderful update and wishing you a great week ahead!
Sure you have to feel sorry for its mammy giving birth to that brute!
You keep everything organized for the work load that you must do. Great calf✔️
Hi what a difference a year makes I had my cows out this time last year in sunshine now it's just rain rain and more rain. Great calf hope cow does well after that. Liked your parlour after watching your indepth video about whether or not small farms have a future I'm thinking of putting in a parlour as I was thinking of upgrading pipeline in byre so your inspiration to me thankyou
Job well done on managing a Farm apparently all by yourself and your family!!

Great video Adrian, workshop is coming along nicely👍🏻
That calf is a monster, glad your getting time to move gear into your new workshop. Having twins a sign of good luck or brilliant husbandry. 👍🤗
Congrats on your lovely twins Adrian
And here I thought it was the first time you'd found a iPhone on your farm! 🤣 Congratulations on your new workshop, & on all 3 of your unusual calves!
Life, nature never stops surprising us. 👍
Good luck with the twins
Great video as always ......that is a great bull calf
Grate vid lad keep up the good work
Double trouble 😅.. your workshop is going to be a godsend when you're finished all your ideas and wants in there 😉. But what are you going to do with the old workshop 🤔 storage ? 😀 .. Nice vid and hope that too bring you good luck for the future. Stay safe 🏴
If you had a top fill kit and a length of lay flat hose could you transfer the soiled water to the other tank with your slurry pump. I move a lot every year using this method
Great outcome with the heifer with twin bull calves . We had a cow that would have twins one year and then one calf the next then twins again the following year . Strange to see but impressive when all goes well 😊
you can see how big the calf is at 11.05, huge, going to have a decent work shop at the finish . aww twins.
Love your vids had a couple of bad days really need to get myself sorted i am so annoyed with myself you are doing a champion job this knee job is taking way to long i need to be up and doing
Great video Adrian as always that’s a big calf alright and a nice set of twins 👌
Do you know what that bubble is in the spirit level . My father decided to tell me as we were both stood on top if a shed that we was building . I kept telling him it was air .After about 5 times of telling him ,he decided to announce 'its a pigeon fart' 😂lol lol
Great video Adrian, that BB calf is a brute alright, great calf, never seen a heifer with twins myself, great content Adrian 👍
Nice vid Adrian your some lad
Just a suggestion for the work bench and the drill press. I have a relatively small work bench and I don’t like bolting tools to it. I bolt them to a piece of plywood (you can recess the bolts so it sits flat) and then clamp the plywood to the bench. Allows you to quickly swap out tools, make changes/repairs. Just a thought! Enjoyed the video as always
Huge calf. Huge!
Nice video Adrian that's a fine calf
I was at mechaves and a TV had his videos on the TV class😂😂
Once again Adrian great video keep up the good work😎💪
Brilliant video as usual sure keep up to good work
Super calf
Monster calf 😊
We had a dairy heifer that had twin Angus calves just a month or two back, first for me too. Your lucky with your blue that it calved ok, we ran a blue X blonde bull with our dairy cows for a while when milk price dropped really low back in 2015-16. Heifer calf's we ok but some of the bull calves were enormous. We actually lost two cows due to calving them and causing nerve damage then we just cesarean quite a few after that. Let's just say, that bull went off quickly to make burgers! But the calves did make out to be some of the best store cattle we've ever sold.
We have a jersey x heifer had twins this year unfortunately lost them both, and we sold an incalf charolais heifer in autumn 21 that ended up having twin blues.
Class videos
When you’re finished doing up your workshop, please can you do a tour or a top 10 most useful tools in the workshop type video.
Great to have a big calf if the cow is able to carry it👍👍 Have you ever looked into a top fill for your agitator. I find it great for moving slurry around the yard.
New Subscriber here....Camy from the Sheep Game sent me!
Welcome mate 👍
Good video
Nice calf 👌, nice markins. Sell it ta farmer Phil & we can watch it grow in to a king Beast 👑😎
Good video Adrian just wondering have you tried rolling the silage cover under itself so the water doesn’t collect in it not criticising just a suggestion 👍 works well with us anyway
Had to check comments when Twins were mentioned thought that Mrs Adrian had had twins not a Cow 😊
Hello Adrian
Where did you get your bubbles for the spirit level? Very hard to get them up here in Fermanagh with the air shortage. Plenty of water but it's been a bad year for air.
Back alley way job Stephen 😉
I am here thinking and I don’t know when it was but the only time we had twins out of a heifer was about 25 years ago and they were twin heifers and we still have the blood line, quite a few have had twins over the years but not as heifers, one of them was red and white too which is rare enough here. I bought the heifer as a springer from a man in Lucan who had sold his land for development, the were very lucky heifers who had 4 heifer calves as heifers. Had two sets of twins this spring one of each and sold them to the guy who buys the bull calves as a calf ( buy one get one free).
The twins !
That blue is some calf . It does indeed look much older and is in great shape so solid looking. Will you keep her for a milk cow or do you only keep Friesian for replacements. You said you got some more snow .We got almost 25 cm almost a foot of heavy wet snow on March 24 on Prince Edward Island Canada .Hoping that is it for this year. Cheers another great vid .
super content again, looking good in the workshop. just curious to ask what is hanging in the other cow shed looks like branches of some kind? lovely twin calves. thank you
Holly, helps control ringworm on cattle as it dies off. Viewers told me to try it last year and the results were brilliant. No ringworm at all this year
Thanks for asking that question for me. I was wondering too.
That's a brute of a calf. You'd always worry that the cow wouldn't be able for it. Many a famer has lost both in times past. Bully for you though :)
Unreal clean parlour.
Do you own part of the bog,Have you ever used it?(stupid question)
Getting through pit nicely 👌
Yes I own that left side only, bought it a while back. That used to be all grazing ground but over time the drains weren’t cleaned out and the bog grew bigger. Kinda pointless touching it as there’s talk about rewetting bogs that have been drained in the past at the minute so will have to see how that goes first. Have no plans to touch it at the minute anyhow Shane 👍
Another great video.
Congrats on the twins would have been nice if it was heifers 😉.
Have 2 say you maybe don't like editing but that was some nice editing. Keep up the good work.
Hi Adrian, with your dairy washing going into your slurry tank would the detergent not kill the good bugs?
Im just interested.
Love the dad jokes 🤣
Great stuff keep the good work up 👍
Never an issue so fare but it’s a good point
Great video Adrian Any up dates on the money pit and where are you at with the girls ATV
Money pit 🙈 jasus I hope not 😂. Haven’t got near it yet as ground around it is to wet and too busy as is anyhow. Will be having it looked at properly soon to give us options. Quad bike will be up very soon lad
Would you consider a channel to connect the slurry tanks and save on and off of tanker (like what Tom P is doing)
The Dewalt cordless sds is very handy
With an SDS cordless a brushless version is better, this one burnt out the next day. Had it 5 years though and will repair it but brushless is the way to go.
@@IFarmWeFarm same thing happened to me
Great video good calf wat wellies did you get
I had these pair of Bekina wellies but there a bit heavier so never really wore them. There ok so fare but not as comfortable as the dunlops
That's a nice workbench Adrian where would I be able to get one like that
Any idea of the BB bull used ??
I would love to see that calf grow up. To be a cow on your farm
Is youre ryobi drill 110v or 240v seeing as yiu got it in america
🎉🎉🎉🎉😂😂 menchn my name David John
Hi what Ai bull was that calf by?
Hiya Adrian, Was just wondering whats the name of the mirror guards with mirrors installed on your quad bike, cause i’m looking for a set for my yamaha thanks.
I will have a look this evening to see what brand they are , think they were on Amazon
@@IFarmWeFarm lovely thats perfect thanks its just they are a wee tidy job and outta the way cause i got a brand new grizzly myself, also find BB calf Might make ya change to beef after seeing that 😉😂😂
I'd be real interested in buying that Blue heifer calf of you Adrian. And I'd only love the chance to meet you and have a chat also!! I've a wee idea you might be interested in!
As my name says, I love getting Belgium blue calves
I think it’s sold lad, I’ll know more during the week. You can email me your number and I’ll let you know when we hear more 👍
Its well seen you feed well. That heifer looks well after carrying twins. a credit to you. Can you show us more about your AI this year. Bulls/sexed semen etc.
Good video Adrian. When are you going to sell your Massey7615
Not for a long time hopefully
Can you done a video of some Ai when ur start
I find the new square bubbles more accurate.
I heard that, a lot more expensive though
@@IFarmWeFarm you'd definitely be better off with the squircle bubbles. Congratulations on the twins.
Could you not get an electric submerged pump to pump you dirty water into your other tanks instead of needing to start tractor up! We have one to pump dirty water into slurry to help mix them and it works well, pipes burried under the yard and you just flick a switch! Remembering to turn it off is the hardest job😂
I’ve been waiting sinse mass but now I am the first one love you ifarm wefarm
