We would definitely like to visit Bacalar. We will be in Arizona this winter for the Truck camper rally in Quartzsite and are secretly hoping to meet a group going to the Baja so we can tag along. Crossed fingers.
My wife and I have been looking at those inflatable Kayaks thinking they would be perfect for truck camper life. How were they to paddle? I know you guys got tired, was it the heat or are they inefficient because of their shape?
We found they are the perfect watercraft for us. As we have a small truck and camper we are really pushing the limit on what we can take with us and these things pack down extremely small. They are definitely the slowest way to paddle across a lake mainly due to not cutting through the water very well. The inflatable kayaks are better in that they are easier to paddle but obviously bigger, so we couldn't take one or two, haha
Would you explore this magical part of Mexico?

@Ober447 not going to lie, we're pretty jealous of that truck camper rally!
@@justtravlin We are pretty excited because it will be our first Rally in Quartzsite.
Great stuff guys! Isn’t Bacalar just fantastic? This is a great idea packrafting
We thought it was the perfect place to try out our packrafts for the first time 🤙
