Original Gi joe 1965 Jeep combat set review 1/6 scale

So I got This jeep on a house sale with a bunch of other stuff in it And I had to add in some missing stuff so The engine is custom. I made This video to Help people If they have it to see What should it LOOK like. It is original from 1965 not a reproduction. It is really detailed For a jeep from 1965 so it was really worth The cost.

Great to see this. This specimen is in amazing condition! Even the box. I still have my Jeep and trailer, although they are much played-with. Thank for the show. My trailer (and I bet everyone’s) broke in the same spot. You even have the hoses on the recoiled rifle and the 4 projectiles. And the lights?! Amazing!

I am in the UK and in 1967 i was 9 my mother went to Canada and returned home with a GI Joe Jeep I will never forget my mother and the love she showed me how lucky i was xx

My older brothers had that set when I was very young. I never got one, myself, coming up in the Adventure Team years, but I have always remembered how cool that jeep was. =*[.]*=

For non-collectors. . .The first jeep had a "D" battery under the hood, and a small electric motor noisemaker that worked when you shifted the gear shift. . .Later Jeeps kept the battery for the searchlight, but the noisemaker was left off. . . Trailer hitches, front bumpers, Hood hinges, Steering wheels and front glass window hinges always break. . . and the grey rockets all get lost and are expensive to find originals.
