I saw then play in once on the INWAVES tour of the UK. It was in Manchester at the HMV RITZ. Me and my best mate both turned to each other, mouths agape as the opening riff kicked in. Truly epic

I remember when I watched a video of Corey and Matt giving lessons of songs of this album and Matt talked about this songs opening and outro riff being hard for him due to the fact it's was a long riff and it went down the next and trying to play it cleanly with no mess ups on the recording where he has to step away from it for a little bit, but it's just so catchy! Amazing cover Matt! Can't wait to see Insurrection!

That's exactly what I did this morning. Spent about 3 hours just learning and getting the intro/verse up to speed. This song will leave you in the dust if not ready for it lol.

Am I the only person who loved The Crusade? First album I heard by Trivium and my personal favorite. Matt if you read this that album was fucking amazing
+DemonizedAlucard yo dude I'm in the same boat. I first heard of trivium from a "detonation misheard lyrics" animation on a school PC at lunchtime and bought the album when I got home. Listened to it for months straight until I had enough money to buy ember and ascendancy. Everyone I talk to is shocked when I say The Crusade is one of my more liked albums from Trivium.
